"Financial insights on a daily base for entrepreneurs"
Pros: I am using for a small business in construction Exact Online since 2015. The motivation was to go away from traditional accountant and work online together and we succeeded in that vision. We use it for the following financial insiights:- Enter sales invoices- View creditor reports and send reminders- Scan purchase invoices and view debtor reports- daily banking transactions
Cons: The setup was quite complex and therefore without the accountant or a day of training you cannot start with using Exact Online bookkeeping. As I am a 'heavy' user with IT background when I experience a problem, I go and search in the support knowledge base myself and when I do not find the solution I need to escalate, well since a few years the support is a 'first line Indian' support and it sucks. I dislike the fact that in a sales invoice you can only enter 10 line items and then it switches to a 2nd screen and you do not see the first 10 lines anymore in the interface.

Overall: Hemos solucionado problemas de facturación, de creación de presupuestos y también hemos tenido una gran mejora en todos los procesos de la empresa, como en la asignación de tareas.
Pros: Sin duda lo que más me gusta de Exact es la facilidad con la que se ejecuta todo el proceso de facturación, y el tiempo que ahorras.
Cons: Me gusta todo. La verdad que no puedo quejarme de nada, ya que estamos muy contentos.
"Not quite making the most of it."
Pros: - Approval of invoices and setting up PO numbers worked well. - Interface is generally clear enough.
Cons: - The permission structure ended up in a way where we could not do proper contract management, whether this is our own faulty setup or not. - Consultancy required for many aspects of setting up and managing the system.
