For the first time Technical Dpt has real evidence for everything that is happening on the assets of the entire plant. Culture has changed significantly as we go to digital solutions in each process. Tasks are easier to implement via checklists that we have created for every asset. After 2+ years being the Administrator of the whole program I am finally in the position to say that everything runs smoothly and I only have to check procedures and organise my team based on the production needs. My time Spent on the program is limitted, exactly because everyone knows what to do. Pros Easy to use. Easy to implement. Reports in a sec. Real time Data for our machinery malfunctions and maintenance. Our people got trained very fast on how to use it properly. Very good visualisation - UI. Atlantis cooperation based on our needs was-is exceptional and with no delays whatsoever. Greek language interface. Easy to demonstrate data on annual inspections. Cons The only challenging part is the culture that needs to be shifted in every industry. When people learn to do their job in a particullar way, every change to their "routine" is an immediate no. These systems are here to help all of us (managers-Technicians etc) to do our jobs better and with less effort. Data bases with a good UI such as Aimms really help all ranks of a business to schedule-maintain-execute tasks without spreading chaos.
