It may not be as polished as I'd like it to be but it works, it's fast, and everything I need is in one location that is easy to find. Pros Several features make ClientFol.io the ideal software for coaches and consultants. I can keep all clients' information in one location, along with their notes, calls, videos, and more. Not to mention every client has access to keeping track of their goals and can follow up on any assignments or accountability questions. The software is exceptionally fast as well. Cons It doesn't look terrible, but it isn't highly polished either. It's not a determining factor for me because functionality must be prioritized. However, there are areas where the design could be better. But this is nitpicking. Pros Has a lot of features in one place that doesn't require me to go outside more so than I need to! I enjoy the fact that if there are any issues the customer support team is fast in response and correctiveness. I also like how ease and simple to use the software is. I absolutely love it! Pros I love that I can have Clientfolio open while doing sessions. I can take my own notes and also paste what I need the client to see in their 'homework' It's super user friendly and the videos they have to help you 'launch' are perfect and easy to follow! Cons Nothing stands out. I had a few questions regarding functionality and they were QUICKLY addressed and Clientfolio explained it thoroughly and were open to feedback. Most often I learn a different way to think about how I'm using functions as well. Pros Easy and set up, was able to upload my entire client list in less than five seconds. I like that can keep all information in one place. Pros Before ClientFol.io I took coaching session notes in a notepad, put them in a Word Doc, sent notes and resources out by email, etc ... it was an inefficient process! Now everything is in ClientFol.io and I easily save 20 minutes (likely much more) per season and have a lot less headaches!
