December 21, 2022 5.0 The customer support totally rocks, the ease of use and things they think of make my business look more professional than ever. I'm sold! Pros Everything is now stored in one place. I can send whatever parts I choose to my clients of my notes, and I can be done editing within 5-10-minutes rather than the laborious system I was using before. ClientFol.io completely cut out my need for a VA to manage my notes and scheduling with clients. Cons I've not used it enough to give them more ideas to upgrade. So far, they have applied all of my requests and suggestions. Switched from [MeisterTask](https://www.capterra.com/p/139990/MeisterTask/) Cumbersome and had to include two to three people to make all of my pieces come together. Not any more. Pros ClientFol.io was able to replace 3other apps I was trying to use to track client projects and progress. ClientFol.io brings everything I need under one roof. No more hastily scribbling notes - I can organize all notes, deadlines, etc, within ClientFol.io Cons It's not pretty, and the interface is not that attractive, but it works! There have been times when I've had questions or issues and not only was a rep able to assist, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] himself would hold a zoom call to better understand my issue and walk through it. Most often I learn a different way to think about how I'm using functions as well. Pros Easy and set up, was able to upload my entire client list in less than five seconds. I like the fact that you can add your own accountability questions and that it provides some other accountability questions that you can share. Also, love the fact that you can include the ZOOM link and that the email that gets sent to the client right after the session has my logo up top and looks super clean and professional. A client just wrote that these notes "were a gift" Also love \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] customer service and willingness to elicit feedback and act on it. So love everything so far! I believe that this platform will take my coaching practice to a new level! Thanks! Pros I LOVE this platform! I've always had issues taking notes during and after my coaching sessions. I would start a session without having the "right" notebook nearby and wind up jotting some illegible notes on a scrap of paper or in one of my five or so active notebooks. Then, of course, I would have trouble finding those notes the next time I had to meet with that client. I also tended to rely on my memory to remember the homework I assigned to a particular client or rely on the client's notes. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. I've recently been taking on more and more clients and I knew that this "system" was headed for failure. Then someone recommended ClientFol.io. It is exactly what I was looking for. It gives me a place to write my notes AND to jot down the assignments that I give my clients. I recently discovered how I can have both my Zoom window and my ClientFol.io window viewable at the same time so I can type while I look at my client. Perfection! I just had a coaching session where I was able to share screen and show them the assignments from last time which was great at helping the session stay focused. Cons No real cons at all! Only thing I might want to see added is integration with my scheduling app (Acuity) So that I could schedule a future session from ClientFol.io and have it integrate with my Acuity schedule. Knowing nothing about software, I have no idea if this is at all possible. But it would just be icing on the cake. A couple of colleagues of mine were concerned about possible security/confidentiality issues around their client's information. I don't have that issue really. February 27, 2023 5.0 Just an excellent platform for coaches to track their clients transformation to being the ultimate human being and reaching their potential. I absolutely love it! Pros I love that I can have Clientfolio open while doing sessions. I can take my own notes and also paste what I need the client to see in their 'homework' It's super user friendly and the videos they have to help you 'launch' are perfect and easy to follow! Cons Nothing stands out. I had a few questions regarding functionality and they were QUICKLY addressed and Clientfolio explained it thoroughly and were open to feedback. Review Source Ellen F. Pros Before, I was using a combination of Google Drive, Evernote, and email. This puts everything I need in one place and gives me more features than I had before. Cons It doesn't let me upload an Excel file. But I like that I can include other files as an attachment at the end of a session, without having to send a separate email. I also love the feature that with one button, the system will auto-generate an email to my clients with their session notes, homework and accountability questions/answers, along with stats of their performance. Pros Several features make ClientFol.io the ideal software for coaches and consultants. I can keep all clients' information in one location, along with their notes, calls, videos, and more. Not to mention every client has access to keeping track of their goals and can follow up on any assignments or accountability questions. The software is exceptionally fast as well. Cons It doesn't look terrible, but it isn't highly polished either. It's not a determining factor for me because functionality must be prioritized. Pros Before ClientFol.io I took coaching session notes in a notepad, put them in a Word Doc, sent notes and resources out by email, etc ... it was an inefficient process! Now everything is in ClientFol.io and I easily save 20 minutes (likely much more) per season and have a lot less headaches!
