They still need to improve some basic functionality. **Pros:** They made a serious effort to fix bugs and improve the user interface. The customer service response has improved astronomically. **Cons:** There's still no support for time component to deadlines, a very basic feature for a task management system. A lot of their connectivity with third-party resources like Microsoft is not accepted by many organizations due to security issues. It is the perfect tool for anyone suffering from "tab overload" who wants to take back control of their time. Despite a few missing features, the workflow and the support team make it a top-tier choice. **Pros:** Akiflow has radically changed the way I manage my day. The ability to consolidate tasks from multiple platforms into a single calendar view is unparalleled. A special shout-out goes to Cecile from the support team: her assistance was fast, extremely friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find such attentive and human-centric support in a SaaS product. **Cons:** While the app is excellent, there are two specific features I am missing: Event Templates: It’s currently missing the ability to create templates for events, which would significantly speed up the creation of recurring but non-identical appointments. Custom Video Call Links: The video call integration feels a bit rigid.
