Pros I am kind of a new user but the features it's providing is just critical for a freelancer. I hope my life will be much easier. Cons The videos that shows on the first signup page after you log in your dashboard, the tutorial as you may call it is very unpleasent, I didn't watch the whole intro because of that. It's by far the most affordable Employer of Record (EOR) service provider and they have good customer support and success. Basically everything is arranged through email, so they can make some improvements to do things through the dashboard, but overall, I get things done quicker with them over email than with other EORs over dashboard. January 19, 2024 1.0 Frustrating and unsatisfactory. I highly suggest not using Native Teams. These two weeks have completely shattered my trust in the system. I still haven't received my money, and to top it all off, I got a message from their “Support” team that they are going to increase their prices starting next month. Pros If I look back, the thing I like the most was the Sales call. I was convinced it had all the Features I was looking for. Cons After the Sales call, and signing up for Native Teams, it became quite clear that there were overpromises on almost every topic I was looking for. > The Sales meeting link didn't work, resorting to a Phone call where I was guided through the system. > Wrong Gross to Net Calculation provided by the Native Teams Finance Team > Cannot withdrawal or access my own money from Native Teams' "Wallet" function, as it's being put on hold and denied after 3 business days. > Seeking help from the "Live" Support Chat is a no-go, as you will not get answers to all of your questions. They also have inefficient customer service that doesn't provide the right solutions to your issues. Pros Their business proposition and product, price and idea about a platform where you can have access to manage your payments and queries while using their services. Cons They overpromise but underdeliver significantly, at first they provide you with partial information regarding your needs and then each month they tend to surprise you with something that you didn't ask but they need to do or overcharge you. Also their customer support is very ineffective and not solving your issues according to your needs or what was communicated in first place with them. Very uncoordinated between teams and not easy to work with. You have to ask the same thing multiple times and nothing happens to resolve your issue, or something completely different is enacted by their side that doesn't suit your needs.
