### "Low cost/low service"

From my checks it’s apparent that Native Teams may keep their headline pricing low by outsourcing some of their local providers — which means when you ask a question, they go to a third party to get answers. In our case, this has been observable through the errors found and slower resolution of issues: it appears that the outsourced providers’ calculations aren’t being checked closely by Native Teams. I would only recommend them if you have to save money. This is why we persist.

Pros

The cost of the service compared to other providers is significantly lower and the main advantage of working with them

Cons

Over a 10 month period with just 3 employees in 3 countries with no changes in 2 of them all year and only 1 tiny change in another I have identified a number of errors/issues which have been resolved (except for employer cost breakdown) but lead me to think that Native Teams may keep their headline pricing low by outsourcing some of their local providers — which means when you ask a question, they go to a third party to get answers. Additionally I suspect the outsourced providers’ calculations aren’t being checked closely by Native Teams. - legally required insurance not being provided (Kenya - WIBA) - NT unable to provide a breakdown of employer costs tying up to invoiced employer cost despite me asking several times to enable me to check - errors in payroll calculations They also say invoices will be provided by a certain date but these deadlines are only recently being met.

### "Better alternatives. "

Incorrect processing has caused a delayed payments, frustrated contractors causing them to leave and find other companies to work with. Their legal team is looking for reasons that they are not in the wrong and afraid to admit fault on their end. Had to contact my bank to issue appropriate responses.

Pros

The UI looks simple and seemed easy to manage and add contractors as needed based on their Demo. Lots of promises.

Cons

Incorrect currency processing as promised. Inability to communicate to international time zones when marketing internationally. Difficulty with reaching management.

### "Disorganised and slow "

Overall, responses are slow, often unhelpful, and the accounting department is completely disorganized. I cannot recommend working with Native Teams.

Pros

Communication was polite at the beginning. The platform was easy to understand and use. Unfortunately I can not add anything else in the list.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience with Native Teams was extremely negative. From the very beginning, things went wrong. I was scheduled for an introductory call that could not be skipped. During the call, they focused on unnecessary details, like how to use the dashboard, but completely failed to mention a critical requirement: a deposit equal to one employee’s salary is needed before starting the collaboration. I only learned about this at the very last moment, when it was too late to make changes, so I had no choice but to agree. The issues continued. I informed them three weeks in advance about my employee’s start date. Spoiler: the employee started 9 days later than planned, even though everything was ready on time. Accounting was constantly problematic: invoices were often sent in the wrong currency or with incorrect amounts;I received confidential information belonging to other clients;invoices were issued late.The worst experience was trying to terminate my contract and get the deposit back. They held my funds until the very last moment. They only returned the money after I threatened legal action.

Pros

I have been harassed using their service, My funds are reserved by NativeTeam without any problem or notice. I highly recommend not to use their services. Also costumer service is very bad and not helpful .

Cons

I don't like any service like payment processing, costumer service etc.

### "A great promise with an unreliable delivery"

I havent trusted the system enough to fully commit yet. It looks like a company that is just waiting for investors to either take off or increase the value and go for the buy-out.

Pros

The ability to request money, creating a card based payment system. The opportunity to bypass taxes.

Cons

Loads very slow. Works unreliably. The feedback mechanisms dont work well. It shows features that look like they work yet then in the middle of the process they don't. And I learn afterwards from the support that they are not actually included in my plan. The overall experience therefore feels off.

From the brochure pages, it was not that easy to start with, but after few chats, they've shown me how I can finally be under a legal entity and how I can proceed with my work online

As a freelancer and someone that is working remotely for such a long time, I found Native Teams really really useful. I finally can get my social, health and retirements funds covered while I am working on Upwork. At first, It was really hard to understand, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from their team was really helpful and explained everything and this was a much needed app for me!

Cons

To be honest, I am new user of this software but as far as I explored here, I can say that the administration of this system works well when we consider the feedback of both employers and employees, as well. So, this helps freelancers to trust in that systems an have a chance a find&explore new job options&projects.

Pros

The most impactful feature I can tell about the platform is that it helps freelancers like me and remote workers from Turkey and also regulates our employment status. Besides, it gives us a chance to choose how we would like to work and who we would like to work for, as well. Hence, that is a good way get all the benefits from the team and by this way grow our career remotely.

Cons

Actually, I don't see any cons of using this software however if I am to give a feedback to help get it ahead, I can say that there might be more remote job options to apply quickly for new users.

All in all I would rate the experience 9 out of 10. Just because it takes so much time to transfer founds from Native wallet to my personal bank account.

Pros

It's EASY to set up and use. The support team is always happy to help. Loads of different options. FREE payment card.

Cons

Android APP would be AWSOM. To be able to se the software "on the move" would be excellent option. Also, Creating an package where the employer pays for all expenses would be a great feature (so the end user doesn't have to ay monthly fee).
