Pros

obtener informacion simpre actulidad y bien sesgada a nuestra necesiad. ademas de aportar movilidad dado que podemos acceder desde el telefono movil dado mi puesto en la empresa.

Cons

traspaso de informacion exintente en la empresa al nuevo sistema. hay que pensar bien la organizacion de los datos para no trabajar en balde.

Somos clientes desde hace muchos años y no solo consideramos que se trata de un gran producto, sino que estamos muy contentos con Exact como proveedor tecnológico. El servicio de soporte de Exact en España es de los mejores que conozco.

Pros

El hecho de que sea una herramienta web y el diseño de los flujos de proceso, que es fácil y rápido, y dota de una enorme potencia a la herramienta, ya que le permite ir creciendo junto con las necesidades de la organización. Así, se puede empezar a usar con los flujos más sencillos y predefinidos e ir creando nuevos flujos conforme se van requiriendo, hasta automatizar cualquier proceso interno. En los procesos de ventas esto ofrece un enorme dinamismo. La gestión de oportunidades de negocio se beneficia mucho de este dinamismo en la definición de procesos.

Cons

La documentación y facilidad de acceso al SDK para poder realizar desarrollos más complejos es el aspecto que menos me gusta, aunque con la mencionada potencia de diseño de flujos de trabajo y las posibilidades de personalización de las entidades maestras (productos, clientes, prospectos, distribuidores...) se suelen hayar formas de customizar el software a un nivel bastante alto.

Está llenando un vacío que teníamos a la hora de dar visibilidad al equipo comercial sobre sus clientes. Tanto información básica del cliente como situación detallada de facturación.

Pros

Nos ha ayudado a dar un paso más en nuestros procesos de ventas. Dando información al minuto de la situación de cada cliente, nuestros comerciales han podido personalizar sus propuestas de venta, consiguiendo resultados inmediatos. Además, su fácil uso e implementación nos ha ayudado a implementar su uso rápidamente y sin problemas con el equipo comercial.

Cons

Echamos de menos la posibilidad de tener una aplicación portátil (móvil, tablets...) que permita consultar y generar informes sin necesidad de acceder a la web personal de cada empleado.
