Getting in contact with their IT departments and asking them to whitelist us is a pain. Pros The implementation team was great and really understood their product. The UI is easy to navigate. The email automation is amazing. The mxhero metadata in box allows us to analyze our company's proficiency. Cons A download all button would be great. We've received multiple complaints when sending multiple email attachments. Review source Vendor Referred - Incentive Offered: This reviewer was invited by the software vendor to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Response from Vendor August 18, 2021 Bryan, great feedback! We've reviewed your comments internally and have added the "download multiple attachments" button to our backlog for development. :) Not sure what to do about those organizations that block Box links - but we're thinking on it.
