It has been a very helpful tool that is suitable for any fast-paced environment. Pros The proofreading feature lessens the general time I take in reviewing agreements. Cons The formatting feature takes time to undertsand and more often than not, will not format the documents completely. There may be gaps in formatting. Cons When I pull up, for example, the list of "all definitions", I get a list of the defined terms along with a navigate button alongside each word.
