Somos una empresa inmobiliaria que diariamente utiliza el CRM, debido a que contamos con una extensa base de datos y en este sistema, logramos organizar los datos de nuestros clientes y permite mejores resultados al momento de realizar estadísticas.

Pros

Mantiene la base de datos de manera organizada haciendo muy fácil filtrar y encontrar datos. Es muy sencillo filtrar datos para realizar reportes mensuales , la afluencia que nos permite obtener resultados favorables.

Cons

Hasta el momento no ha surgido nada que sea una desventaja.

Nosotros somos de Lima y llevo usando la plataforma más de un año, el costo beneficio es ideal para empresas pequeñas que estan comenzando con un CRM. Lo recomiendo.

Me ayuda a gestionar mis campañas de mailing, es de facil uso y adaptabilidad.

Siempre hay cosas por mejorar en mailing, pero en el tiempo las solucionan

En general al experiencia ha sido buena, el uso y bondades de configuración han permitido generar mejoras para la parte operativa, el contar con un "ejecutivo" el cual nos ayuda en cualquier situación con la flexibilidad del contacto por diferentes medios ayuda.

Mi experiencia en estos 7 años con el sistema ha sido fundamental para mi actividad en ventas, en la que definitivamente considero esencial en cualquier actividad comercial y la recomiendo para cualquier persona que realmente tenga el deseo de crecer en su negocio y en la calidad de servicio que brinde.

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta del sistema CRM es que la administración del día a día esta en un solo lugar, por lo que todas las tareas desde las más importantes y las menos importantes no pasan desapercibidas y sin atención. Es decir no existe cliente que no reciba la misma atención sea el proyecto grande ó pequeño.

Cons

Me gustaría que fuera más fácil la administración de prospectos y clientes cuando se tiene alto volumen de ellos. Por ejemplo : cuando en el calendario en un día llegas a tener mas de 70 actividades.

Es una herramienta bastante amigable, puedes capturar absolutamente toda la información del cliente, y tienes varias opciones para segmentarlos o clasificarlos.

Pros

Es mas fácil y rápido dar seguimiento a cliente, tiene opción para etiquetarlos y así ubicarlos posteriormente.

Cons

Poder generar mis propuestas y expedientes de ventas desde el CRM.

En nuestro caso somos clientes por 4 años. Recomendamos este herramienta ya que contar con un CRM es imprescindible para toda organización de ventas que busca crecimiento constante. Por otro lado la relación costo-beneficio con Upnify es excelente.

Pros

Lo que más nos ha ayudado es la estandarizado y sistematizado nuestro proceso de venta y facilitado nuestra capacidad de reportar operaciones y generar pronósticos de venta.

Cons

Como todo sistema el reto para la organización es conocer o identificar las partes de sus procesos, así como también trabajar diariamente alimentando de información. Teniendo ambas partes cubiertas, esta herramienta brindara grandes beneficios para la organización de ventas.

Es una herramienta muy fácil de manejar, tengo 5 años utilizando la herramienta y tiene mucho control y permite la documentación precisa de cada prospecto nos brinda la oportunidad de convertir mayor numero de negocios.

Pros

Administración puntual de seguimiento al prospecto-cliente.

Cons

El modulo de notificaciones se acumula y no te deja eliminarlas.
