July 23, 2026 5.0 Pros Ease of use and transparency. We switched to FileJet from a different registered agent/entity management service where we had no visibility into the services and cost. FileJet is a streamlined experience with an easy to use dashboard. The deadline reminders are also very helpful. Cons It would be helpful if the emails regarding receipt of a document by the registered agent contained more information about the document in the email so that they can be understood on a mobile device. The platform appears useful for organizing legal entity information, managing documents, and keeping track of important tasks and deadlines. I especially appreciated having the information centralized instead of needing to manage it through separate files or systems. Pros I liked that Filejet brings entity information, documents, deadlines, and tasks together in one organized place. The platform was fairly easy to navigate, and the centralized layout made it easier to locate important information without searching through multiple systems. Cons Some of the features and terminology may take time to understand for someone who is new to entity management software. I like that I can customize it to the services we need (mostly just registered agent services), without having to pay for what we do not need. Pros Filejet provides a great value compared to the companies that have more market share in this area. Platform is easy to use, and they have continually improved it over time. Cons There have been a couple of instances when there's been confusion about a SOP that has been received and whether we were properly notified via the platform. Customer service was helpful to look into these instances, however, and ensure we are good going forward. Pros Very tech forward company that makes the process so smooth. It is also cost efficient now that it is leveraging tech. Cons It is ALMOST white glove, but not fully. We do have to monitor and update some items which can add to the workload. Pros There's lots of things to like about Filejet 1) Simple, centralized document organization. It keeps legal documents, contracts, and entity records in one place instead of scattered across shared drives and email attachments. 2) Version control. Having a single "source of truth" for documents helps avoid the common problem of people working from outdated agreements. 3) Entity and governance management. For companies with multiple entities (like holding companies, subsidiaries, and practice entities), being able to store formation documents, resolutions, annual filings, and organizational charts together is valuable. 4) Searchability. Quickly finding a lease, board consent, or operating agreement without digging through folders can save a significant amount of time. 5) Permission controls. Being able to limit access by user or department is important when dealing with legal, HR, and financial documents. 6) Audit trail. Knowing who uploaded, viewed, or modified documents can be helpful for compliance and internal accountability. Cons User interface. Customer service has been exceptional. Pros As I continue to use FileJet, I have overcome some navigation issues. FileJet customer support team and account reps have been very prompt, responsive, patient and helpful during our platform initiation and entity boarding processes. The entity legal management data maintenance and reporting compliance tools are exactly what we needed to assist our clients. Cons The location of some of the entity records are in some instances counterintuitive. It can be a challenge to recoup per entity annual platform fee through client compliance work and filings. The invoicing process has not been seamless for our accounting department, but once we add our client ids to the data base we expect great improvement.
