It has helped my field colleagues get used to cloud based LMS as I have plans to expose them to advanced content. Pros Although, I used a cloud based learning platform for the first time, I did not feel that. The system is pretty easy to set up and run. Whatever, little difficulties I faced during the setting up, it was promptly solved by the support colleague who was assigned to us. Cons In analytics, I would like to see the performance of each batch for each course separately. In the current system, all courses performance can be seen together in Excel. I had to filter performance of each course after downloading the Excel. Reason for choosing PlayAblo.ai Playablo pricing was the deciding factor as feature wise all were similar. The features have evolved well over a period of time based on whatever we have requested. Cons Certain features related to tracking the progress of candidates in the batches need to reflect the values for closed/incomplete accurately. Feature for tracking overall trainings attended by each employee for the year and the scores/hours spent will be helpful. It is just the LMS to get you started and still has several features that we have not yet leveraged to their full capacity. Pros The deployment of the LMS does not need any IT intervention. Being part of a small team, the easy of setting courses and modules makes it easy and convenient to use. Cons Nothing critical. Feedback, troubleshooting or changes requested are addressed and resolved promptly. As a customer, we have received excellent support of Playablo management and after-sales team in understanding & resolving our challenges. Cons We have not used the Playablo application fully so difficult to comment. But still, we are looking for uploading all types of SCORM content on PlayAblo. Playablo is the best platform if you are a small-mid size company with budget constraints. It has good value for money. The platform has the potential to scale up.
