Easy and convenient to view, use and keep track of each month's commission in case I need to go back and research something.

It's easy and live tracking. It tracks all my commissions every month and it's easy to find, use and view.

Cons

I wish there was an app for it. That would make it easier to access and put on my desktop instead of accessing the website which I have to find in my bookmarks.

Overall, my experience with Everstage has been very positive. It has made commission tracking much more transparent and removed a lot of the uncertainty that usually comes with incentive calculations. The automation behind payouts and sales tracking saves time, while the clear dashboards make it easy to understand where I stand at any point. From what I've seen, the platform is reliable, secure, and provides good value by reducing manual effort for both employees and operations teams. It's a tool that genuinely helps sales teams stay focused on performance rather than administrative work.

Pros

What I like most is how transparent everything is. Being in sales, it's great to have a single place where I can track my targets, commissions, and payouts without having to double-check with finance or sales ops. The sales tracking is accurate and updates quickly, which helps me stay on top of my goals. It also automates a lot of the commission calculations, saving time and avoiding manual errors. The platform feels secure, easy to use, and makes it much easier for both employees and managers to stay aligned.

Cons

Overall, I haven't had any major issues with the platform. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say some reports and dashboards could offer a bit more flexibility and customization, especially for users who want to dive deeper into their performance. Apart from that, customer support has been responsive whenever needed, and the overall experience has been smooth.

Pros

The approval process is straightforward, and commission visibility is strong. Reporting is easy to use, making this a good tool for commission tracking.

Cons

Everstage does a good job calculating commissions accurately, and most users trust the numbers it gives them. It even shows a step-by-step "trace" of how each commission was calculated, which builds confidence. A few users, though, said they can see the final amount but not always follow how it was calculated, so they sometimes have to figure out the math themselves. The mobile app is the weakest part. People say it feels clunky and isn't as easy to use as the website. It also doesn't show future or upcoming commissions — just what's already been finalized. So it's fine for a quick check, but not great for daily use. Salesforce connection is a strong point. Data syncs quickly, often almost instantly, which is much faster than older tools that took a day or two to update. A few users still wish it updated in true real-time instead of occasionally waiting until the next day.

I love the user interface, ease of use and process automation. So simple to manage & the ROI is ten-fold!

Cons

Unsure what to say about my dislikes. Perhaps it could be fine tuned a bit to address different segments of hte business.
