Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It brings clarity and trust into the compensation process, which is huge for sales teams. Once set up, it saves time, reduces errors, and gives everyone confidence that commissions are being calculated accurately. Support has been responsive, and the product continues to improve over time.

Pros

does a great job simplifying commission tracking and making earnings visibility clear for both reps and leadership. The dashboards are intuitive, compensation plans are easy to understand, and it eliminates a lot of manual spreadsheets and back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how transparent it is...there’s far less confusion around payouts and performance metrics.

Cons

Some of the more advanced configurations and reporting features have a learning curve at first, especially if you’re new to incentive compensation tools. It can take a bit of onboarding time to fully unlock all of the platform’s capabilities.

Ease of use. Very simple to navigate. There is a lot of great information, with just a few clicks. Great navigation.

Cons

The frequency of it timing out, and having to log back in. It does time out frequently. Not a big issue, but inconvenient at times.

Lots of training but they were late getting a lot of pieces completed for us. Our rep who was helping build out our dashboards and plans was not the best communicator.

Pros

Reporting that allows you to see who has or has not approved sales commissions, what has been paid, i.e. where items are in the commission payout process

Cons

They were late on a lot of things past the due date for our implementation, putting us on a stressful time crunch.

The commission trace showing the exact calculation in the backend, leaving no room for mistakes. The product has streamlined the comission calcuation for me and the rest of the rep. Quota tracking is made easier too.

Cons

mobile app is a bit clunky and there is no single report that show all the deals you closed in a year

easy to use, simple set up process , nice that is is available on website or with app , app also easy to set up

Uur comopany made this available to us this week, so I just started using it. I would say it is easy to navigate and to understand. It allows the employee to measure perdformance and track commissions as well as gross profit.

Pros

It is pretty easy to understand. The information is concise and accurate. The program starts January 2026, (six months ago). It would be better if they could imput previous months to employee start date.

Cons

After seeing the date schedule, it would be advantageous if they could acquire the necessary information, and imput figures going back to an employees start date.

I'm able to view everything on my paycheck & check my overall progress. It's nice to see what they see .

so far there isn't anything I don't like, I also haven't been using it that long, but so far I have no complaints.

So far, I have not really found any. The platform is easy to navigate and understand. Learning something new is always difficult but this has made it easy

Overall 8.5/10. Much better than our previous tool, which had a fair amount of bugs + delays. does have a ton of bells and whistles that are neat for tracking performance.

Pros

I'm a big fan of because it makes commission tracking really easy to understand. It takes all of the guesswork of how much I'll be paid plus how much my percentages are. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. Overall, Everstage helps teams have a clear understanding of their breakdowns because they'll always know where they stand and how their performance connects to their pay.

Cons

Currently, the delay in getting my numbers up into our instance is delayed so I have to wait a bit longer than ideal to understand my payouts. (Has to do with our config that needs to be fixed)

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s a fast, reliable, and intuitive platform that makes managing sales performance and commission tracking much easier. The integration with Salesforce works seamlessly and updates almost instantly, which really helps keep everything accurate and up to date. The tool is user-friendly and requires minimal training, which is great for both managers and end users. Once data linking between datasheets and quotas becomes available, I think it will be close to a perfect solution.

Pros

is lightweight and incredibly quick — you can connect it to Salesforce in no time, and the data refreshes almost instantly without any long loading times. The interface is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage commissions efficiently. I also like how intuitive the dashboards are — you can track performance and insights in real time without needing much setup or training.

Cons

The one thing I think could be improved is connecting the Data fields — especially the datasheets — with the other object, Quotas. At the moment, this isn’t possible, but it would be extremely helpful to have that functionality. Being able to calculate everything directly within the datasheets and then link the relevant source to the Quotas object would eliminate a lot of manual work and make the process much more efficient.

Pros

I love that I can track my paycheck live every day. It shows all numbers that matter the most to me (meetings, pipeline, and close won dollars).

Cons

I think sometimes it's difficult to see what/how I am being paid on something. I manage a team, so having be able to explain their paychecks to them in an easier way would be awesome.

If your setup is really simple (e.g., one quota, one rep type, flat bonus), and cost & simplicity are paramount, maybe a lighter tool would suffice, and you might not need all the features Everstage offers.

Pros

Strong transparency and visibility: clear dashboards showing how commissions are calculated, how they’re progressing toward quota, etc. Automation & accuracy: Automates what used to be manual commission/spreadsheet work, reducing calculation errors and time spent by operations/finance teams. No-code / user-friendly setup for many features: Administrators can configure many plan rules without heavy coding; good for adapting to changing compensation structures. Research.com Integration and scalability: Supports integrations (CRM/ERP) and handles complex compensation structures, making it a good fit for growing sales organizations. I think my least favorite part of is that it does not integrate with some of our systems, but I believe that has more to do with the way our organization operates vs Everstage.

is intuitive and user-friendly, with clean statements that make tracking and validating commission simple. I like the customization options and how seamless manual adjustments are. However, the slow sync times and inability to lock/unlock or load adjustments during a sync can be frustrating and create bottlenecks for larger teams.

Pros

What I liked most about is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The statements are clean, easy to navigate, and make it simple to track and validate commission. I also appreciate how customizable the system is. The manual adjustment process for loading is fairly seamless.

Cons

The lack of being able to lock/unlock/load adjustments while a sync is running is extremely frustrating. The length of the sync is also extremely slow and leads to bottlenecks with a large team.

It is easy to find and understand both the quota attainment and the associated commission amount that's related to the quota attainment.

Cons

Some of the dashboard widgets or charts can be glitchy and don't always show correctly. We also don't do our sales by calendar month, but the selection in the drop down menu for what month to view is based on calendar month. The numbers show up correctly, but when I first log in I have to click an extra couple of times to find the information.

Pros

Easy to read dashboards. Data is interactive and clear with insightful drop downs and sub-divided metrics that match our quotas.

Cons

Data in the beginning was not accurate but we caught up. Like any new tool introduction, it took us a while to get accurate data feeding into the tool. Now it works great.
