Overall, I really prefer compared to other commission trackers. Being able to work backwards to understand exactly how each commission number is generated gives me a strong sense of trust in the platform, and the responsive help and support team makes the whole experience feel reliable and comfortable.

Pros

makes tracking commission straightforward by providing an intuitive breakdown of attainment and commission. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to cross reference performance data, and the support team is consistently quick and helpful whenever a query comes up.

Cons

The platform can feel overly complicated at times, and having a simplified quick reference view would make it easier to check commission on the go. The side bar navigation could also be clearer, as it sometimes takes longer than expected to find the sections you need.

It stays up to date and delivers real-time insights as they happen, which makes it easy to stay informed on performance without needing to wait for delayed reporting. It helps keep me consistently up to date by providing timely visibility into key changes and trends as they occur, making it easier to stay aligned with overall performance in the moment.

Cons

While the platform provides a strong set of capabilities and valuable data, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate, especially when trying to locate specific features or move between different sections quickly. At times, the overall structure feels a bit complex, which can make it less intuitive for new users or those who are not using it on a daily basis. Because of this, there may be opportunities to simplify the navigation experience and make key workflows more straightforward and easier to access. Improving clarity in how different areas are organized, as well as reducing the number of steps required to reach commonly used insights or tools, could make the experience more efficient overall. My experience with has been mixed. The platform has a great interface and responsive customer support, which makes it easy to use on a day-to-day basis. However, challenges with report customization, reliance on support for certain changes, and long daily sync times create bottlenecks, especially during critical closure periods. With some improvements in these areas, Everstage could offer a much smoother experience.

Pros

offers excellent customer service, with a team that’s quick to respond and very helpful. The interface is clean and intuitive, making navigation easy, and the overall user experience is smooth and efficient.

Cons

Reporting – Customizing reports is challenging and not very flexible. Dependence on Support – Some changes still require assistance from the support team. Daily Sync Limitations – The daily sync takes all morning, during which adding elements, locking/unlocking statements, or requesting validations isn’t possible. This can be especially problematic during closure periods.

Overall 8.5/10. Much better than our previous tool, which had a fair amount of bugs + delays. does have a ton of bells and whistles that are neat for tracking performance.

Pros

I'm a big fan of because it makes commission tracking really easy to understand. It takes all of the guesswork of how much I'll be paid plus how much my percentages are. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. Overall, Everstage helps teams have a clear understanding of their breakdowns because they'll always know where they stand and how their performance connects to their pay.

Cons

Currently, the delay in getting my numbers up into our instance is delayed so I have to wait a bit longer than ideal to understand my payouts. (Has to do with our config that needs to be fixed)

I truthfully dont have any complaints about the application or software that come to top of mind. Maybe having more custom features for sales reps and not just the admins??

While the onboarding and setup phase required some heavy lifting to get our complex comp plans mapped out correctly, the payoff has been great. The reduction in manual payout errors and the boost in sales team morale—thanks to having transparent, real-time earning data made the transition well worth it. It has successfully bridged a major gap between our sales operations and finance teams.

Pros

The platform provides excellent real-time visibility into commissions. The user interface is highly intuitive, which means our sales reps actually log in to track their quotas and earnings without constantly asking the finance team for manual updates. The gamification and forecasting features really help motivate the team.

Cons

While the support team is helpful, we haven't integrating it perfectly with our existing CRM and dealing with historical data took a bit more time and technical effort than we initially anticipated.

The training we had at the beginning of the implementation was extremely helpful. The entire system is easy to navigate.

Pros

It is easy to see and check the bonus package of your company. It also has a very nice feature where you can submit a querie if you are noticing anything off with your bonus payout.

Cons

I have zero complaints. I would like to see a separate feature to show your monthly vs yearly quotas. Currently, it is on the same page.

Pros

It's very Intuitive, informative and provides full transparency for my team. Enables me to build 1-2-1's with team around financial goals and what they need to do very easily.

Cons

As with all tools requires rev ops/sales ops to set up successfully and does require consistent tweaking based on commission plans/changes.

Pros

The dashboards and how easy it is to understand the numbers. I also like that I can submit a ticket to my internal support and get help. I also like to see the numbers from current quarter and what is lagging. enable me to see what I actually will earn, and helps me asking the right questions to my internal support. No more, "I think or I feel it should be a different number".

Cons

It took a while for me to know my why around in the platform. It could be just me of course, but I would like a better end-user onboarding.

It has significantly streamlined my workflow, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience.

Cons

I was brand new to the solution, so there was a slight learning curve at the beginning when figuring out where certain reports were located. However, once I became familiar with the layout and with the support of the team, the automation and real-time tracking capabilities far outweighed that initial adjustment.

However, the slow sync times and inability to lock/unlock or load adjustments during a sync can be frustrating and create bottlenecks for larger teams.

What I liked most about is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The statements are clean, easy to navigate, and make it simple to track and validate commission. I also appreciate how customizable the system is. The manual adjustment process for loading is fairly seamless.

Cons

The lack of being able to lock/unlock/load adjustments while a sync is running is extremely frustrating. The length of the sync is also extremely slow and leads to bottlenecks with a large team.

Positive overall, it’s a big improvement over any spreadsheet based system and it’s helpful to get different breakdowns by quarter/month etc instead of doing this manually. Can’t comment on customer support as this is handled by a different team and I’ve not experienced it.

Pros

Coming from a spreadsheet commission tracker, is a big improvement. The dashboard is really helpful and you can dig in to more detail whenever you’d like.

Cons

This is probably not an problem but there can be a significant delay between deals being booked and them appearing in everstage. Depending on the system your business uses there can be manual corrections needed quite often.

Data on quota and commissions are available anytime I want with up to the minute data. Very nice tool.

Pros

Easy to read dashboards. Data is interactive and clear with insightful drop downs and sub-divided metrics that match our quotas.

Cons

Data in the beginning was not accurate but we caught up. Like any new tool introduction, it took us a while to get accurate data feeding into the tool. Now it works great.

I love the clarity it gives me as a sales professional. I’m able to see the breakdown of the sales that I make and the commissions that I’m going to receive. I’m also able to track my quota and where I need to get to.

Overall Experience is really good with ease of use, tracking the right pay check and breaking it down. The UI of the application is user friendly.

Pros

gives a clear visibility into how my variable pay is calculated. It clearly breakdown that how I am getting that money through my deals closed, MBOs completion and any bonuses from leadership, etc. The breakdown makes it easy to understand what I have earned and what do I need to improve which builds trust.

Cons

Sometimes in , it takes time to update after a deal is closed or a change is made. A bit more syncing would have been better.
