Cons The crystal ball was hard to understand at first, but then was ale to see into the pipeline deals and how much they would payout. But when I do on the quarterly basis, I have what I want when it comes to the commissions payout. Pros Consolidated view of the payout for me and my team, and detailed calculation steps at the MBO/KPI level are definitely the best capabilities for me on Everstage. You would want both the bird's eye view to the most granular detail at just one place. Cons Nothing as such. Good experience thus far! Pros It's nice to be able to see the breakdown of my commission check all in one place and have peace of mind knowing where each portion of my commission is coming from. Before Everstage we had to just trust the word of whoever was doing my commission and it was hard to check their work. Cons I can't really think of any cons right now.
