Cons While things are easily read and labeled, there is a lot of visual information going on, my opinion is that there is visual clutter. I am not sure how one would go about improving that. I used to use Pave at my last company and is a lot more granular and detailed. Pros I love how interactive the software is, I can always tell exactly how and when i am getting paid. As someone on the sales team, it's super important that I can see granular payouts - I can see that easily in . I also love the emojis - making payouts brighter. Cons Sometimes it can be hard to tell the breakdown of payout + some commission modules are sent over email and not uploaded into . It seems like a promising platform but it's been somehow worse than the manual process we had before. Cons See above. I don't have a ton of experience outside of the negative to be honest.
