The insights that are available from the visuals (metrics) are helpful to understand where I stand as an ISM w.r.t performance and how to maximize (visualizing) further. Cons I don't think there should be anything to dislike now, as it's pretty new for us to use. It seems fine, I'm sure there are a lot of other features that can come up in the near future. As it's new to us, we're also exploring and trying to understand more about how it can be used. It's motivating to see where we're at, in terms of quota, incentives, payouts.. Devinitely motivating and insightful for Reps.
