I don't have to use spreadsheets anymore, which was a pain in my previous organization. No more manual errors. I get to know the exact incentive amount for the month.

Pros

I have just started using the platform recently, and it is helping me understand my incentive structure clearing. The breakdowns are pretty helpful to have a better understanding

Cons

I wish they could update the data more often (live updates). Overall it's been a good experience so far. Super happy with the product.
