Account Executive tracking monthly and quarterly commission. I've raised several queries and resolved commission disputes through Everstage very easily.

Pros

It's easy to navigate between quarters and months to view my commission statements. I appreciate the user interace as it's very friendly and easy to navigate. If there's an issue with my commission, I can quickly raise a query and get an answer from the right person very quickly. I've used several different platforms to manage my commissions and I've found that Everstage is the easiest to use and everything is automated.

Cons

It can be difficult to track if my accelerator commission is being applied to my quota attainment tracker. I'd love a more detailed view of my quota and where it's coming from.

Overall, Everstage has been a game changer in how I track my performance and incentives. It’s taken the guesswork out of commission tracking and made my earnings feel more predictable and within reach. It also helps boost morale and competitiveness within the team. The onboarding was seamless, and support from their team has always been responsive and helpful. For any sales org looking to improve rep motivation and transparency, Everstage is an excellent tool.

Pros

Everstage gives me complete visibility into my compensation in real-time. As an SDR, being able to track how each activity and deal influences my commission motivates me to stay focused and goal-oriented. The UI is incredibly clean and intuitive—it only takes a few clicks to get an overview of performance, targets, and attainment. I also appreciate the transparency it brings to quota attainment and incentive structure, reducing the back-and-forth with sales ops or finance. Their Slack notifications are a great touch too—helping me stay updated without needing to open a dashboard.

Cons

Sometimes the sync between Salesforce and Everstage can have a SLIGHT delay, which might cause small lags in commission updates. Not a huge issue tho.

Pros

What I like most about Everstage is how much clarity and control it gives me as an account executive. I can see every order the moment it hits the system, make sure the details are accurate, track my goals, understand deductions, and see exactly how my commissions are building, all in one place. The transparency is a huge upgrade from the old process where a coworker manually updated a spreadsheet once a month. Everstage removes the guesswork and gives me real-time insight into my performance. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and makes the commission process feel simple and trustworthy.

Cons

The only downside is that there’s a brief learning curve when you first switch from manual tracking to a platform with this many capabilities. Once you get the hang of it, though, it becomes second nature.

5\* really love using it, seems like a market leader and definitely puts Salesforce graphs to shame, finally!

Pros

Top commission software, really preferred this to Qobra which I used before as it has more in-built support options for submitting internal errors with the commission. Enjoy the flexibility with quarterly/monthly bar charts or pie charts to see commission and the ease of access to which part of your commission.

Cons

Login issues around needing security checks via email each day with a cose to login can take time and maybe unnecessary when your using the app more then one a week. Also the App could be sharper but a nice to have for checking changes on PTO.

Switched from

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Everstage. I can't complain on it. Obviously some improvements can be made but this is helping out track how I am doing for the month. I do need to utilize the crystal ball feature more though.

Pros

Consistent tracking of my commission and sales. Knowing what my payout will be helps me plan out my month's expenses and what I can save.

Cons

For me, I would like to see any negatives for the same deal lumped into one cost and not several line items. Especially if they are a part of the same opportunity, one lump sum of a negative commission would be helpful.

Cons

There aren't any features that I don't fully appreciate. It simply took me a bit of time and focus to learn how to navigate the portal. Other than that, I find it very useful and easy to use. I often use it during one-on-one meetings with my boss.

Our org was using a dated platform for sales rep tracking and adopted Everstage recently. Everstage has proven to be a meaningful upgrade even with our complex sales structure.

Pros

Intuitive, single pane of glass sales tracking. Great support from the Everstage team. Commissions and targets are clear, and I know exactly where to go if I had any issues.+

Cons

Some bloat features I feel I could do without. It would be nice to be able to customize the reports as a rep and have a personal dashboard aside, but that may be up to my org.

### "If You're Earning Commision, You Need Everstage"

My overall experience with Everstage is very positive. Without it, I'd have to rely on my own calculations, which are usually incorrect, but now I have confidence in my understanding of my commission.

Pros

Extremely user-friendly and easy-to-navigate dashboard. It is very helpful when I need a quick understanding of my commission breakdown and where I am at pipeline-wise. There are so many 'tiers' and 'accelerators' in our commission structure, which makes creating a calculator ourselves is fairly difficult. But thankfully due to Everstage, that is no longer an issue!

Cons

There's only one thing I'd change about Everstage. The amount displayed as our 'commission total' is pre-taxed. So there is some extra math that needs to be done to see what our take-home $ amount is, which isn't ideal, but is certainly understandable given the variation in income tax.

Pros

Simple tool what shows the most essential information. Its navigate fast and has clear bullets to navigate. Makes it east to use for sales

Cons

Its just a fronted. If you want deep analysis, you'll need to go back to your company. Also, the showed information is just to good as the date upload.

Cons

The synching between this and salesforce can be a bit slow. So there are times the metrics reported in Everstage have not quite caught up to Salesforce yet.

Very solid and does exactly what I would expect the tool to do. It is a solid adjustment away from Spiff that I've used previously.

Pros

It helps me track commissions, platform is very easy to use and navigate. Only concern is around how the information is displayed, but I imagine this might be related to my team's specific setup.

Cons

This could be related to my own company's setup, but I can't see an exact breakdown of what deals are contributing to my commission for the month. This creates a problem where while I know the final sum of what I'm owed, I can't see the math that determined that figure and it forces me to manually work backward anyways.

Everstage is easy to use, I can track my commission easily and does exactly what I need it to do. Other commission trackers I've used in the past are convoluted, Everstage is easy to use.

Pros

Very easy to use, commission is easy to access/view. Any time I want to see where my commission totals are at throughout the quarter, I can login quickly and take a look to track my progress.

Cons

Haven't had any issues. It would be nice for it to populate meetings complete and deals closing instantly but at the end of the day that's not the worst problem.

Calculating payouts can be complex, especially when you're selling multiple products across a net-new and expansion account book. I know have full visibility into my past earnings, and where I'm pacing each month, quarter an year. It's made the compensation process extremely easy and the UX is very user friendly.

Pros

As a sales rep that's constantly tracking my YTD progress, Everstage allows for total transparency around attainment and payout structure. It's incredibly easy to use, syncs seamlessly with our CRM and helps me gauge my earnings on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike about Everstage. It would be nice to see comp on the opportunity level, but I'm not sure if that's a capability, or something my organization hasn't leveraged.
