My overall experience has been positive. Coming from a system that we were using that was more like how MS Database used to be back in the early 2000's. It seems that Equips being web based gives you easy access to cloud storage and easily update the system across the board instead of dumping layers of information only to have to re-upload for it to take hold. This has been a good experience using the program so far.

Pros

I like that the navigation panes are very easy to recognize and navigate through.

Cons

It is still in the early stages of use, but what I like least would probably be sometimes the updates take longer, but that also might be my internet as well. I don't really have much of a con about the program yet. I have only been using it for 3 months, I don't have much to complain on it.

They would say dispatched almost immediately but times could take up to 3 days and me calling back asking when a tech was going to at least contact me.

We've been pleased with the service EQUIPS has provided us.

Pros

Easily accessible. Informative training video. Superb customer support. Very good updates to the portal the last few years.

Cons

Before it became EQUIPS, it was more of a maintenance & insurance policy. Printer can't be fixed we'd file a claim. I miss that. The billing got a little confusing this past year.

Reason for choosing Equips

Our former account rep assured us when EQUIPS took over that we'd be taken care of and we have been.

One place for all service calls to be placed is very helpful. The Equips team in all parts are all very friendly, communicate so well, and just always make every effort to make our company #1. Nothing is too small or hard for them to help us with.

Pros

The step by step putting in a service call and how easy it is. All our branches use it and it is simple for them to understand without much training.

Cons

I don't have any cons at this time. When things come up I feel they always get addressed to where I have any cons.

I enjoy the ease of the platform, and the data trail that can be followed. It helps to find those random issues or user errors, a lot faster

Pros

Being able to see a lot of the claim on the same screen. The whole process seems intuitive, and using the lists to manage a day without even having to go into a claim if not necessary

Cons

There seems to be a lot of capabilities, but it's unknown what all of those are

Pros

The equips software is easy to use and helps us manage our equipment and service tickets, while being reasonably priced.

Cons

The invoicing from 3rd party vendors is annoying and occasionally confusing. We never went through this at first with Cummins Allison units, but once we added Ricoh printers we now get service tickets, invoices, and unpaid balance statements from Ricoh. I've tried explaining to staff at Equips but it seems to go on deaf ears or like I'm bothering them, so I just leave it alone and have not added anymore equipment yet until that gets resolved. Even now, I'm still dusputing invoices and statements with Ricoh through service calls placed via Equips platform.

It's been very good so far. There are a lot of additional features and options that I would like to see added. Such as a filter for time most recently opened (per claim), a pre-filled-out checklist when a claim is set and this could be set around our "necessary info checklist" we already have in place, being able to pull up contracts, and setting permissions by user. I'm aware it is a work in progress and I have loved it so far but I think it can be a lot better.

Pros

It is easy to use and teach, it's very navigatable. Keeps most of the information organized and readable

Cons

We do not have access to pull up contracts from the claim/contract screen which would be very useful. There has been a bug preventing us from finalizing claims and when I submitted the bug, it took 24+ hours between responses in the bottom corner help button. I also still have not been informed whether or not it has been fixed.

Good. It's easy to use and our Rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has always been super easy to work with, No matter how many dumb questions we have ... ;)

Pros

The software is pretty straightforward and easy to use. buttons are big enough to easily find and its simple. (Not overcomplicated like some other software applications)

Cons

I wish the equipment list columns fit on one page. I don't like that I have to scroll right to see everything (or I don't realize that the view is customizable, and I could change it)

Honestly, I really haven't come across any cons to the software. There are many options on it that I have not even utilized yet.

I am very happy with the product and excellent response time and helpfulness from the Equips team when I need help.

Pros

I like that all our service requests are organized without needing an external spreadsheet.

Cons

It still has some small glitches when I change from one saved view to another, sometimes the information from the last view stays unless I reload the page.

Pros

It’s great for referencing and tracking tickets.

Cons

It would be nice if the service record could show that vendors have been paid and the check reference number. We have several vendors that are paid by equips and try to bill us directly as well.

Centralizing all our Equipment Maintenance and Service calls is the biggest benefit. If something needs attention, we go straight to Equips, instead of trying to track down service providers for each piece of equipment. Also Centralized Billing is good--no possibility of lapses in coverage. Equips has been a godsend to us, taking care of an important piece of our business with no attention required by us. Other than logging into the site and telling them what we need.

Pros

We have successfully used Equips for our Equipment Maintenance for several years. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They make everything totally effortless for us. They are excellent at responding quickly and effectively.

Cons

Can't think of any "cons." I am a real Luddite at heart, and if I can handle their software interface, anyone can. Equips was a real "no-brainer" for our Credit Union.

Pros

I like the fact that I can make updates in Equips even if the person asking for status is in the contract.

Cons

I don't like the fact that it takes 2 or more hours to show the updates from the database where the updates are being pulled from this seems inefficient to me having built and pulled data from one or more databases in the past.

Pros

I like the ease of putting in a work order and the daily follow ups to make sure that the work order is being taken care of.

Cons

Sometimes one of the Maintenace workers doesn't complete the ticket and it can get annoying with the follow up messages on an order already completed.
