Pros

The platform is a.user friendly technology and keep.the works flow organized.

I cant really thing about negative aspects. May be sometimes like any other system will need time for upgrades to keep running efficiently.

It's been great. My SVP is very pleased

Pros

As a company we are very pleased with having one place to go for all service and consumables. We love the self-service aspect. We really love the savings over standard service plans. Very easy to set up and delete items and users.. Takes a lot of work off of Procurement's table. We love the service and operations teams, who are very responsive.

Cons

While the recent upgrades to the website are nice, there are some things I would like to see, such as: For inputting requests, we would like it to be easier to look up items. Currently they are set up with the Equips item number, with the text for the description/serial number way too small.

Reason for choosing Equips

Way better website.

love it - support is great, response times are fast and management is great. One thing I would suggest if checking with other ATM vendors on availability if there are delays in getting techs on site

super easy to use, support staff is great

Cons

can sometimes have too much info listed for a simlpe request - sometimes is wordy and confuses our frontline

Having the management of ATM-ITMs and all of our cash related equipment in one place. So very useful when you have one person overseeing 250 pieces of equipment on a daily basis.

Pros

Very useful, used daily and love seeing all the new options available.

Cons

Having a contract with Equips has allowed us to have a better idea about our costs over the contract. It is a very straight forward and transparent company and they have allowed us to focus on our end customer instead of a piece of equipment.

Pros

The best thing about this software is that it is easy for frontline team members to use and dispatch support for their equipment. They are able to dispatch a technician quickly and efficiently. Billing is also streamlined. Customer service is also great.

Cons

Sometimes adding a new user has been clunky. I lost some functionality, but customer service fixed my issue immediately.

We have looked at using the companies that sell our various machines for coverage and dispatch support. Equips offered a solution that was all encompassing instead of looking at multiple interfaces.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The company I worked for rolled out a different new system, over a year later it is still not 100%. Equips rolled out immediately ready to work. Regardless of the changes still being made, Equips is amazing for our department.

Pros

Equips is very user friendly. I love how everything is accessible and easy to learn.

Cons

I do not see any issues with Equips. We are continuously tailoring it to our company's needs.

I think the overal experience for me has been pretty good

Pros

The system is faster and the updates are in real-time

Cons

The way the contract dates are split as far as the monthly way its split so we have to choose one instead of automatically going straight to the contract

Working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been wonderful!!! We have check-ins about every 6-8 weeks, and she answers all of our questions and is so helpful. She is an asset to the Equips team!

Pros

It is very easy to use and user friendly. It's not hard to navigate and easy to figure out. There is not a lot of "fluff" getting in the way. Very straight forward.

Cons

I don't like that the PM section isn't utilized. I understand that a lot of vendors do their PMs as filler work but we turn away most vendors when they just show up with no communication. From a branch security standpoint, we are not going to let someone work on our equipment if we don't know they are coming. It would be nice to even have noted that PM will be done within the next xxxx months. Once they come, we could then update that date or mark that it has been completed.

Pros

I like that it is all in one place and don't have to look for numbers.

Cons

Doesn't cover everything. It does make the calls for whomever needs to fix it but doesn't cover the cost of it.

Pros

The response email we get are helpful in the sense that people are looking into our problems and are handling it as quick as they can. They are very responsive during the time they have to dispatch someone to a branch.

Cons

There were a couple of instances when I was here that Equips took "AGES" to get something repaired. We understood the situation of backorders, however, there were never any ETA of when it will show. This caused us to get more anxious and upset since we never hear back until the part has been received. We would think that our concerns were common and that there are extra parts that they can supply us with, but like I said, there is a loss of communication after the checkup.
