The team has been incredible from contract and onboarding to being in touch with our team about special events and even things we would want to consider around giving. Pros The ability to align the causes that our employees care about with the company, but also to react to global events in almost real-time. We're big fans Pros I really like the stories of how the various funds were used and the regular monthly updates we get from our various contributions. The annual summary is also wonderful to see as it helps to build engagement with the platform. I also really like the "cause credits" that we can give to employees are various anniversaries and new hire celebrations. A great way to welcome them to the company Cons Honestly - I really like it. Pros The Percent Pledge team is incredible and provides a service that not only keeps us connected but makes sure we're putting our company growth to good. And I can say Percent Pledge is far and away the most intuitive and easy to set up donation platform out there. We were able to deploy quickly without much training because the platform is so easy to navigate. The automations that come along with their donation matching platform took me only minutes to set up, and the best part is now Percent Pledge does the rest and all I have to do is look at the reports generated for me by Percent Pledge. I've also heard colleagues say they like using the cause portfolio feature if they know they want to support a specific cause but aren't sure of which organization(s) to donate to. I honestly feel like every company should have this partnership to encourage easy charity donations and matching for employees. Pros User friendly interface. The text is very clearly communicated. The customer support team has been helpful. Cons I was a bit surprised at how long it took to get the employee match processed. I also wish you could recommend other charities to your colleagues / have a social component where my colleagues can see where I've donated as a way to encourage them to donate there too -- or be able to add charities into Via's cause portfolio. Pros My company enjoys working with Percent Pledge as it is a great hassle free way to manage who is donating to charity at our company and keep track of our company match for the year. Customer service is great as well. Cons It would be nice to have more international organizations represented in the software as this is an issue our employees have raised most when using the portal. February 7, 2023 5.0 Pros Percent pledge is great for individual donors who want to support a range of causes and manage that support more intentionally over time. My ability to identify vetted charities supporting causes that are important to me, coupled with the flexibility to manage my support of those charities over the year or years is greatly valued. As a user, the tool is extremely easy to use, support is incredibly responsive to vetting and adding new organizations and the tracking and reporting it offers means that we can responsibly manage giving campaigns without dedicated staff to support. " January 25, 2023 4.0 Percent Pledge is a fantastic partner for HR teams. They send out very timely cause portfolios around recent disasters or crisis, like responding to a natural disaster, to create a concrete way for employees to give via a vetted source. The service at Percent Pledge is outstanding. They use a Passion Assessment to help you structure your giving and volunteering program to align to both your employee interests and your corporate mission. I can't say enough good things about the individuals who have supported our account over the years. They go above and beyond to make the volunteering events successful. Since moving to a remote / hybrid model, it has been a challenge to organize volunteering, and I am so glad we partnered with PP so it didn't fall by the wayside as we moved away from an in person model. Pros The software is very easy to implement and to use. The dashboards give you a quick snapshot of what you need to know, and it is very easy to pull data (participation in events, matching, tax information, etc.). We really like the ability to create custom cause portfolios, and our employee resource groups have done this to great success. Cons There is not that much functionality within the admin panel for driving registration or engagement in the volunteering programs. It would be great to see that built out more. Pros Employees have a platform where they can easily donate and we no longer have to process for them. Cons As an admin that I am unable to see employees history. Cons The analytics feature is pretty limited. You get monthly emails summarizing your organization's charitable impact, but it's just some surface-level numbers. Would be cool if we could dive deeper into the stats. Also, it would be nice if they sent you an annual summary of your individual donation(s).
