Très bonne expérience avec ce service mais surtout le support, très réactif, je suis confronté à de nombreux supports sur d'autres logiciels et solutions et je n'ai jamais vu un SAV aussi qualitatif

L'interface d'administration est très bien, facile à utiliser avec toutes le s fonctionnalités nécessairesLa solution est flexible => smartphone / ordinateur / tablette / téléphone voipLe support, impressionnant ! rapide et efface !

Cons

La qualité des appels est assez aléatoiresL'application sur windows nécessite souvent de devoir se reconnecterL'interface de l'application n'est pas super egonomique et manque de quelques fonctionnalités

J'utilise principalement l'application sur smartphone car je suis souvent en déplacement clients ou sur chantiers..... La version Web me sert pour le paramétrage en cas de nécessité (plus pratique sur un écran d'ordinateur qu'un smartphone)

Pros

Dans l'ensemble ce logiciel est assez simple à utiliser, bien entendu le support technique est toujours disponible et joignable en cas de difficulté de mise en route. En clair nous ne sommes jamais seul.

Cons

Rien à signaler tout simplement car je ne suis pas exigent 😉 et tok

Avant notre déménagement, rare ont été les entreprises à nous proposer de conserver notre numéro de téléphone car nous changions de département. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser une appli au lieu d'un téléphone fixe est un vrai plus pour le travail hors du bureau.

Pros

Le logiciel est facile à utiliser. J'aime bien (enfin surtout notre directeur) la possibilité de pouvoir téléphoner de partout dans le monde comme si on était au bureau.

Cons

Je trouve dommage que l'on ne puisse pas retrouver les dernières factures dans l'administration du logiciel. Ou alors j'ai raté l'option?

Grace à UBEFONE et son système, on ne perd plus un appel.

Pros

Logiciel facile d'utilisation. Pratique. Très appréciable le fait de pouvoir répondre au téléphone en tous lieux et donc de ne pas perdre d'appel!!!!

Cons

Il serait bien de prévoir l'intégration et la synchronisation des contacts à partir d'outlook ou d'une adresse mail. Le logiciel sur sur le mobile ne fonctionne pas très. Les clients ont un écho, ils s'entendent!!!
