Overall a great experience. The customer service team is very helpful, which helps make the experience very positive.

Pros

We only use Queue-it once a year for a high-volume event, and it has been easy and straight forward to set up and use during the event. The customer service team is amazing and is always available to help or answer questions.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about Queue-it. There are a lot of features that take time to learn. We don't get as much use or practice out of them because we use Queue-it rarely, but it truly delivers on its promise.

Pros

The option to pause waiting room traffic is incredibly helpful when issues occur during large on-sales. We have far more control to fix issues before they become a bigger problem for us and our customers.

Cons

Some of the features are quite complicated and we don't always know what they do, so are unsure whether to use them or not. We have to contact support quite often, and it'd be great to have more easy to follow videos instead.
