Setting it up can be a hassle because many of the options and features are not intuitive to find or use. **Pros:** Inexpensive and relatively easy to use for the uninitiated. The tech team is responsive to user questions. **Cons:** The tool for customizing reports is gruesome to use. Historical data is insufficient - you cannot get inventory levels at a point in time for audit purposes.
