Very easy to use, manage and control multiple SKU items Pros Easy to use, does what we require and able to manage stock our way with the software. Able to print QR codes for Batch number and best before dates. Cons Not being able to edit the functions on the handheld devices. The hand held device has sometimes played up, where it has not list an item in best before date order, meaning the wrong stock has been picked. Pros It's mostly self-contained. I completely about 85% of the functionality with the Program. Cons Number 1, software updates a a huge growing pain. Number 2, I personally with it was more of a CRM like experience, that could tie in thing like emails and notes. Number 3, lack of finer reporting details. If an items is edited with the edit page, their is no tracking regarding the previous data or whom made the edit. The training before implementation wasn't as helpful as the training after implementation, but that was because I didn't know what to ask at first. Pros It's very easy to use to keep track of our supplies. I also like that I can add new items and make changes. Cons Initial setup was complicated, but the technicians were very helpful in that process. There were mistakes I made because I didn't know what I was doing, but they guided me through the process. I wish I had been able to talk directly to the person who did the implementation instead of emails back and forth which, I think, made the process take longer than it needed to be. We may be able to rate it higher after we've had more time with the program Pros Familiarity. We were using an old version of Wasp Inventory so the transition to this version was just a matter of getting acquainted with newer features. Cons InventoryCloud is way more complicated/involved for our needs. We simply want to know what we have and where it is. We would like to know how many skids we have and how many pieces we have total. skids can be inconsistent and might have different quantities per skid. I sing it's praises in every warehouse I visit and have been working to get more people in our company to utilize it and follow our lead. It's totally changed how we operate for the better. Pros We upgraded from using a server based version of Wasp from years ago, and the difference was night and day. It allowed us to now access the inventory system from anywhere, without being dependent on a particular network. We've been able to more easily bring other warehouses in our company into the fold and get them quickly integrated. " October 15, 2021 5.0 Personally, InventoryCloud has made my live at work INCREDIBLY easier and less stressful. I no longer have to worry about those end of the month hard counts, or if I am running low on inventory. I find InventoryCloud very intuitive, and easy to use. although it may have been difficult getting other workers to understand the software, the company I work for is better because of InventoryCloud. Pros When I say that I LOVE this software, it isn't an understatement. This software has changed not just how I do my job, but has changed how the company I work for does inventory. Before InventoryCloud, the company as a whole was doing inventory through Excel. While this worked it was extremely inefficient. with InventoryCloud, checking in, managing, and charging materials to certain projects, couldn't be easier. Monthly hard counts? simplified. Inventory running low? Notifications sent straight to your email. InventoryCloud is well worth it. Cons Now, while I said I love this software, that does not mean that there are not things that need work. for example, the barcode scanning, while easy to use, requires a lot of setup. also, it doesn't always scan on the first try, and sometimes you will need to scan a few times. secondly, if you have other people using the software on iPads, like the company that I work for does, the training needed is a lot of work. some workers may have trouble understanding the ins and outs of all of the transactions that can be performed. Cons the WASP online format is constantly crashing. it also is hard to keep an eye on some products. the check-in / out function is way too similar to the add /remove function. and it can cause confusion. Pros Once you get the system set up to your needs and how to efficiently operate it, it is easy and quick to do your day to day tasks at any level. It's great to be able to access your information from anywhere. Cons if there is any network interference during any transaction type you will loose your progress. The other the issue i have is there are times when you will complete a transaction but the system wont register the transaction. Easy to search, run reports, add, remove and move items. This is much better than the old system! Pros This product is very easy to use. Very easy to search and to find items quickly. Also, easy to update if you need to move items in your warehouse or if you need to add or remove items. Cons We had the old WASP system and there was no easy way for conversion.
