Pros It is very user-friendly. The dashboard isn't hard to figure out. You can customize some things to your liking. Cons The software does not offer deep customization. The report side of Wasp is very difficult to utilize. The software does not have QR code or RFID capabilities. Items can be over-allocated and there's no way to prevent this within Wasp. Bar code generation and printing was easy Was easily able to customize to our operation that doesn't operate like a typically warehouse Easy to navigate, search, and input Cons We utilize this software to track our inventory which includes a lot of one off items. Allowing the photo attached to be reviewed more in-depth would be helpful. We sent out this software to our full organization but had to mention to not search using the top bar as it is very confusing and we are still unsure of how to remove an item from that search area. It would be nice to include photo in the trigger email for low par levels. Iphone app needs a lot of work, crashes often, doesn't flow nicely and has limited features. This product is a critical portion of our inventory management process. We investigated several competitors while planning to upgrade from the legacy stand alone system and after careful review determined the the best solution for our needs was to stay with Wasp and move to their Inventory Cloud product. Pros Ease of use and streamlined transition from legacy product. Excellent customer support and communications. Cons Some settings are not intuitive but once configured this is irrelevant. Pros It was the most cost-effective option that was straightforward to implement. No extra bells and whistles that we won't use. Many other companies were trying to sway us to software we were only going to be using 25% of but WASP did not do that. Cons Sometimes it is a little too rigid and requires so creative thought to figure out how to get the needed data. There are so many ways to find what you are looking for quickly Cons Navigating some of the reports and making changes to them has been difficult at times. We didn't use many features because we do our purchasing, orders, and invoicing through Sage 50. Pros The easiest functions to use on this software are adding, removing, and adjusting inventory numbers. Cloud System is much easier to use than many others in that regard. Cons I am disappointed that Wasp doesn't integrate with Shopify or Sage 50 easily. Instead, we'd have to pay Barcode Shack a lot of money to integrate. I wish Wasp had better integration with the systems we already use. This is a very flexible and robust platform. Pros It is very easy to do inventory audits, plus it can be done from anywhere with its mobile version. Its user interface in general is easy to use. It is very useful that it allows receiving notifications automatically. Inventory reports provide all the information needed to maintain inventory management at the highest level. Cons Customer service has a lot of room for improvement, needs to respond quickly and be more efficient in solving problems.
