Ottimo prodotto. Facilità d'uso ottima anche se si realizzano Workflow complessi

Pros

Il prodotto è solido e semplicissimo da usare. Nei due anni passati ho visto la sua evoluzione praticamente dalla sua prima versione, e la semplicità d'uso e le funzionalità sono state migliorate costantemente. Nell'ultima versione l'aggiunta dei funzionalità RPA (attesissima) mi ha permesso di automatizzare molte attività tediose che portavo avanti sul mio computer: pulizia fogli excel, automatismi web, smistamento mail

Pros

Automatizzare una serie di operazioni non è mai cosa semplice ma Claudio ci riesce discretamente! Una volta capiti i meccanismi di creazione e configurazione di un flusso l'utilizzo ne risulta davvero molto veloce e automatico, ha un vasto catalogo di servizi e tutti condividono un'interfaccia semplice ed intuitiva. Ho apprezzato inoltre la costanza negli aggiornamenti che puntualmente arricchiscono il prodotto con nuove funzionalità e con modifiche che mirano a semplificare e insieme migliorarne l'utilizzo dimostrando una particolare cura per l'esperienza utente.

Cons

Inizialmente può risultare un po' ostico per la descrizione abbozzata o troppo verbosa dei servizi presenti nel catalogo, nonostante ciò il tutorial iniziale funge da buon supporto per chi inizia a muovere i primi passi con il prodotto.

l’interfaccia è molto semplice, con pochi comandi e quindi poche distrazioni. sono molto utili i comandi che permettono di salvare le varie versioni di un progetto, e mi pare siano solo in questo software. ho utilizzato claudio un paio di volte per creare e poi modificare un processo che mi crea un report automatico ogni settimana. molto utile.

funzionalità avanzate interessanti, molto semplice in generale, utili le funzioni avanzate per la gestione dei progetti

Cons

nel mio utilizzo non intensivo non ho notato ostacoli particolari

Ho creato una serie di flussi automatizzati che giornalmente recuperano dei report dai vari strumenti aziendali(Google analytycs, google drive, hubspot, etc) e con delle semplici regole ho letto le informazioni ho configurato delle soglie in un google sheet, ed il workflow in base alle sogle superate invia un'alert al reparto di competenza. Inoltre un altro flusso che mi ha dato soddisfazioni è quello realizzato su un server per monitorare le risorse cosumate, claudio in caso di problemi invia SMS(tramite twillio) al supporto di operation, e se la situazione non si risolve al controllo successivo sempre tramite twillio effettua una chiamata vocale al supporto operation reperibile.

Pros

Il prodotto è semplice ed intuitivo, senza dover chiedere nulla al reparto it si riescono a creare dei workflow automatici, non c'è bisogno di scrivere codice il prodotto è full nocode.

Cons

recuperare account aziendali per le varie integrazioni è stata la cosa più difficile, ma questo non c'entra con il prodotto, una volta collegati gli accessi hai la tua azienda a portata di mano.

Utilizziamo Claudio per integrare diversi sistemi fra loro; per le attività di contatto post-marketing attraverso l'invio di sms e e-mail; per ricevere messaggi in tempo reale su problematiche relative ai flussi in essere e per tanto, tanto altro.

Pros

È uno strumento intuitivo, non richiede conoscenze tecniche pregresse e facilita l'esecuzione di attività ripetitive. Il team di supporto è proattivo e risponde in tempi brevissimi, non mi sono mai sentito abbandonato.

Cons

Le app nel catalogo sono ancora poche, ma il team di supporto integra quelle necessarie in tempi ristretti.

Pros

Nella mia esperienza di creazione di flussi mi è piaciuta la semplicità di utilizzo della piattaforma, i molti servizi esterni integrati con il quale interfacciarsi (es. i vari Google Service, Paypal, vari Storage Cloud, ecc), strumenti utili per creare i propri flussi di automazione (es. convertitori, creazione di liste, iterator, condition, ecc). L'insieme di tutti questi sistemi rende possibile creare svariati flussi con una logica complessa senza molte difficoltà, andando in contro a tutte le mie esigenze.

Cons

Non mi sono trovato davanti a cose spiacevoli o mancanze per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza d'utilizzo.

Ho avuto l’opportunità di utilizzare il prodotto CLAUDIO integrato in numerosi progetti che ho seguito come PM e come Scrum Master. La semplicità di utilizzo ha facilitato i ragazzi del Team nel realizzare le tempistiche di sviluppo e di rilascio, rispettando le pianificazioni stabilite per i singoli progetti Scrum che abbiamo realizzato utilizzando questo prodotto. Per il completamento dei deliverables di progetto, mi sono trovata in prima persona ad utilizzare CLAUDIO, per completare la documentazione di test e la relativa esecuzione, tramite la creazione di flussi ad hoc per i test progettati. La semplicità e l’intuitività che ho riscontrato nell’usarlo da non “tecnica in materia” è il punto di forza di questo prodotto, senza escludere poi la tempestività con cui si riceve risposta in caso di problematiche, con la semplice apertura di un ticket direttamente al supporto tecnico.

Pros

Molto intuitivo nella creazione dei flussi.

Cons

Per l'utilizzo in prima persona, come descritto nella mia esperienza, non ci sono punti poco graditi del prodotto.
