Pros The best part about TradesFactor was immediate availability of all features. This is great for small and medium sized businesses that don't have a lot of bandwidth for big software implementations. It integrates easily with existing payroll systems. (And it was better for workforce management than a payroll system). Cons The content management feature that allows a company to create and manage their company listing was not yet available.
