This really understands the needs of the Service based project. Cons I could name a feature that it doesn't have, but I fear that would be released before I found my next missing feature. Pros The information is centralized and there different views option. We also have the a more concrete view of the time line for project and the steps in each projects. It runs smoothly and it's easy to re-access without having to enter your un/pw every time. Cons I can't look at several "space" without opening a new window/tab and log in to . No enough customization in regards to the view (i.e. the detail window is too small, etc.) or the click (i.e. right click to show options, double click to show details, etc.). Everything was pretty straight forward and made my job that much easier, compared to other project management platforms like Monday.com. The email notifications are a lifesaver, they help me keep track of my work and recall deadlines. Pros I like that will send you email notifications of upcoming deadlines, the ability to have a conversation within each project and the purple circle that appears when something new occurs on a project. Cons If someone were to update something within the job description, I wish I would also get a notification that it has been changed/modified. Also, there is a delay to my email by at least 5-10 minutes when someone posts something or makes a comment.
