Pros Provided features that SharePoint Online lacks or requires admins to do in PowerShell which I didn't have time to learn. Cons Documentation was light which slowed my ability to learn how to use the product, but the support team was excellent at figuring out my issue during the trial and as a result I purchased the product. Installing it was a breeze. We have had one bug we found in Plumsail, was immediately patched by the team. It is also easy to use, and plugs a few functional holes that MS left in the PowerAutomate actions, most notably site creation in SharePoint. Cons No invoicing through invoice. Needs Credit Card.
