Tried chirrp and it doesn’t work correctly for our business because it creates double the amount of work to checking multiple apps for my team The salesman said I could cancel anytime but now they are refusing to honor that request even though I literally ran the program for one week Overall this has been a bad experience, the setup was horribly difficult, they dropped the ball on kicking off setup so I had to finally call in multiple times to get someone to start onboarding The text verification was kicked back several times so it was almost a month until we actually were able to start using it They claimed it was ai but all it really its just sending out automated texts to follow up on our leads. The automated messages going out, can be set up easily through other apps I emailed them and paused immediately once the system started making our lives more difficult to which they sent me a scheduling link to connect with the someone else Upon my pausing they continued to charge me, at which again reiterated the pause but they stated that even though I paused the account they were still going to run charges I then requested to terminate immediately and refund to which they sent a new person to set a meeting and then try to justify that I have to buy out my contract Overall a very bad experience, there are alot better companies to work with

The concept and sales people really sold it, however that was really the only good thing about the app

Customer experience, onboarding, time to verify, customer response time, non existent support, overall just a broken client support breakdown

At first, this company seemed great. You get onboarded, you're promised the world, things seem good... and then reality smacks you in the face. These guys are full of empty promises. Whether it's promises regarding glitches, broken workflows, poor functionality on both the app and desktop side, or the customer service itself, they will fail you every time. My company specifically went month-to-month after months with Chiirp, as we weren't sure that this was the best move for the company. After so many failed promises, we felt that paying the premium to be on month-to-month was worth it. I had written confirmation that on my month-to-month contract I only needed a few days notice to cancel at anytime... well, wouldn't you know it, they didn't uphold that either. They continued to bill my company without my permission. Even when presented with the documentation proof of their promises, they still chose not to uphold their word (in writing). I can't stand this level of service, and will never recommend them to anyone. At the end of the day, we never got what we paid for, we were made promises in writing that weren't upheld, and we got billed without our permission. I would not use these guys again, and would never refer them in our industry (HVAC). Stay clear - they aren't what they claim to be.

Pros

Their SMS campaign feature worked well. I did appreciate how you could build drip campaigns and have them deliver automatically. That being said, the bad far outweighs the good with this company.

Cons

They always fell short on their promises, billed without permission, and cared little for the customer experience they were delivering.

Cons

Chiirp is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. They’ll say anything to make a sale and load you up with false promises they can’t deliver on. Once they’ve got you signed, they stick you into a contract and then act like they’re doing you a favor if you want out—but of course, they keep your money and don’t refund a dime. This is a company that doesn’t care about its customers at all, only about making a quick buck. Stay far away.

Overall, Chiirp has been a great tool for us. It just works. The integration with Service Titan makes everything so much smoother—like things are just running in the background the way they’re supposed to. I really appreciate how it lets us create automations based on whatever reports we need without overcomplicating things. It’s reliable, and that’s what matters most to me. The new UI is also a big improvement. I’ll be honest, it used to be kind of ugly, but now it’s clean, modern, and way easier to use. The customer service deserves a big shoutout too (Korth and Zeus- seriously, those names!) are quick, friendly, and always willing to hop on a call or help troubleshoot. They make it feel like you’re not just using a product but that you’ve got a team backing you up. Overall, Chiirp makes life a lot easier, and that’s worth a lot.

Pros

The best thing about Chiirp is the deep Service Titan Integration. Even YELP is natively integrated which you can't get at GHL and others. Some of the ones we use are Thumbtack, YELP, Angi Ads, Angi Leads, Google LSA Messages. The use to have.. well lets be honest.. a aesthetically ugly user interface, but they've since then given it quite a good facelift and it looks so much more modern now. The integration with Service Titan (who we use) is bar-none the best if that's a big factor for you in your purchase. Is can do automations based of any report you can generate. For example we have one that pulls everyone who left us a review and thanks them via text to make it more person (it auto grabs the technicians' name so it makes it seem like it's coming from the technician directly). Lastly the customer service is top notch. Especially from Korth and Zeus (which btw sound like greek Gods lol!) The turn around time is very quick and they'll help you get started and answer questions, jump on a call, come up with campaign ideas.

Cons

Only blunder for me with Chiirp is this is a Do-It-Yourself /Done-With-You (kind of). They should think about adding a Done-For-You package but remain competitive on the pricing.

Pros

We had to ask several times to be onboarded. They where more concerned with an upsell than helping. Once up it did not sync well with housecall pro. Nothing but issues and really bad support.

Cons

Unbelievably hard to use. Bad support. They said they fixed issues and they didn't.

I love that you have almost limitless customizations. So much detail has gone into chiirp to really think of the entire sales relationship and bring it to text (which works way better than email)

Cons

Because there are so many features and customizations, it can be a bit of work to set everything up and MAKE SURE YOU TEST LOL. Usually when I find a problem in the automation, the software worked right but I set it up wrong…but if you chat in with support or post on the user group though you can get fast answers!

Pros

This app has been a complete game changer for my carpet cleaning business. As an owner operator I don’t have time to be on my phone all day every day trying to keep up with inbound leads, etc… I’ve utilized Chiirp for so many things and it’s paid for itself ten-fold.

Cons

Initially there was a little bit of a learning curve (I’m not the most tech savy guy), but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team were very helpful in getting me set up and answering all my questions. As an owner-operator I really appreciate the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of Chiirp personally answering my messages and jumping on the occasional zoom call with me when needed.
