SupportChamp is easy to use right out of the box, with a simple interface that comes pre-configured with everything you need and a help section that will get you up to speed quickly.

Pros

SupportChamp is fast, so there's no lengthy page load times or slow searching to worry about like with other platforms that seek to boost efficiency but come across as slow and cluttered. If it's able too to integrate all the different support systems together, SupportChamp could be a game-changer in the future!

Cons

No third party API support, meaning that your developers will have to build out any integrations involved in the management of your new APIs. In addition to this restriction, there are virtually no integrations or plugins available for Zapier at this point in time to help you with any projects involving connecting multiple sites together. When it comes to serving your customers and developing business relations which involve a personal approach, there are also very limited potentials for customizing emails without any branding support.
