It helps to recognize who is interested in carrying out these aids that provide opportunities for employees, improving their point of view towards these activities and improving the quality of work, leaving a bit of monotony.

Pros

I like being able to offer these types of activities to employees so that they can volunteer in groups and be able to increase the moral productivity that is benefited at work by feeling better doing these actions. I like your work of being able to help through this platform that offers all the information and activities to carry out to make it much easier

Cons

without failures and without problems in the activities, I feel that they are very perfect and organized in each activity that is carried out

With its ease of use, it allows volunteering to be carried out easily and very correctly, it is a different way of helping and involving employees in new alternatives to help others

Pros

These types of platforms not only help to be volunteering, they also help us notice to the people who need our help and that with each help we collaborate we are helping all those who are going through a bad time. With Swoody it is an excellent alternative to get closer to helping easily since this platform gives us Coo to do this type of activities much easier and aimed at a good path

Cons

There is no kind of failure in this platform, in what I have used it seems very correct and stable in everything that makes and benefit that it delivers

creates an impact of commitment towards others, managing to help and show more interest in volunteering that is helpful and as a result is to be happy with oneself for having been able to serve without receiving anything in return and a satisfaction of having done well.

Pros

Increase the morale of employees by carrying out these help activities with which they are easy to do through swoovy that provides the facility and tools to make it a space for commitment to others, showing interest in helping and raising morale so that it does not everything is office work, these social commitments make the work environment improve significantly showing the impact it causes in each one of them.

Cons

I can't find anything to improve, it has been very satisfying to be able to help other people through swoovy that facilitates the mechanisms to do so.

Swoovy enhances corporate social alertness, commitment, and volunteerism for nonprofits and can be a real handful, but their app is clunky and defeats such a great idea. It's also expensive when one considers all the application malfunctions.

Pros

Swoovy is a connection platform to get a community to volunteer and collectively bringing like-minded people together. It's a win-win idea and a much better way to meet people.

Cons

Their software is so full of bugs, that it almost turns out to be a gross waste of time. Sometimes their app would not let you put your phone number, and other times the application deletes pictures and marks the account as inactive. The customer support is also below par.
