Keeps everything in one spot and easy to use. Not sure where I would be without it. Pros The software is easy to use and navigate to find information that you are looking for. The dashboard really does a good job of listing items that are of importance. Cons I cannot adjust date for training. There is not a way to indicate that training is in process or scheduled, it just shows overdue.
