We have simplified our internal process (no more excel sheets anymore) with implementation of this FleetMaster tool. Pros I'm using FleetMaster in my daily work in order. FleetMaster is our global solution for our entire fleet. All car fleet related data is administrated by my team in 1 database. This enables me to have full control on all operational activities, f.e. fleet usage, CO2 emissions, compliance and cost control. Besides that there is the telematics part of this solution, which is easy to deploy and generates a lot of real time data from cars. All this data generates a lot of insight in the fleet operations, improving our ways of working and results in cost savings. Pros: - Easy to use: it has a very user friendly interface which you can get used very easy - it handles our fleet, with more than 4.000 vehicles. It has good business intelligence, providing a lot of dashboards and report. Most important is the great support, who are always willing to think out of the box and walk that extra mile, in order to fulfill our business needs. Cons Integration was not difficult, training and support were provided in a very user friendly atmosphere. Cons Cons are few, challenges around integration with the company are primarily related to the company: slow uptake of telematics units in the vehicles and getting GDPR compliance approved within our organization. We used to have different GPS tracking or fleet management local solutions but none of them were complex enough. So we searched for a complex solution to cover all our requests. We started with FleetMaster al local level and we have seen the results. After a few years of operation, the company decided to have a bid at global level for a global fleet management tool and FleetMaster has been chosen as global solution for our entire fleet (in over 70 countries). Now we are using FleetMaster both at local level to manage daily operations as well as at global level, in order to analyze and report in a centralized manner, for a fleet that counts around 9.000 vehicles. Pros \- Easy to use: it has a very user friendly interface whith which you can get used very easy - Complex functionalities: it is the most comprehensive solution we have found on the market. It has every function you can expect and it covered all our requests - Designed for medium-large fleets: it handles our fleet, with more than 4.000 vehicles, without any hassle - Business oriented: it has integrated Business Intelligence with already created dashboards (all the know-how is there, we don't need to create analysis templates) - Great support: for me is very important to have support both for daily use as for new requests. The support team is fabulous – every ticket we raise they solve it very fast and we always get the best advices from them! Thank you for that!
