Customer service could be better but is just fine. Pros Their integrations are reliable and have processed thousands of orders for us. If you have experience in setting up and working with EDI integrations the setup and maintenance is relatively painless. Cons Set up can be very slow if you don't have experience. If their developers hit an obstacle you're left to your own devices to figure out the problem. Transalis do this day-in-day-out, so I'd expect them to also offer suggestions and support when this happens. On one occasion we missed some critical data during a product catalogue update and instead of warning us, they uploaded it anyway and waited for the ensuing mess. Our fault technically, but I would have expected more proactive customer service from a firm which is supposed to be our EDI integrations expert. Pros The flexibility and adapatability of Transalis, allows us to take on any client, regardless of their integration type - we always know that they can deliver! Cons Sometimes, it takes a little longer than expected to delivery a integration project. But on the flip side, its mostly because their dev team are double checking all elements in the solution, which ultimately - is a positive thing.
