Abbiamo un unico strumento che ci consente rapidamente di verificare in tempo reale il livello formativo raggiunto, il tutto evitando di svolgere ricerche dispendiose su materiale cartaceo. Pros Il software è semplice da utilizzare e si integra perfettamente con il database dipendenti. Ogni dipendente può proporre la propria candidatura alla formazione o le iscrizioni possono essere gestite in maniera centralizzata dall'amministratore. Si può gestire il calendario delle lezioni e le relative presenze. Possibilità di caricare dispense e quant'altro necessario alla formazione in modo che ogni singolo iscritto possa scaricarsi il materiale in autonomia. Il software gestisce il budget annuale che l'azienda dedica alla formazione Cons Alcuni comandi non sono proprio intuitivi ma facilmente risolvibili dal team di sviluppo di Altamira al quale abbiamo richiesto delle personalizzazioni che puntualmente il ha provveduto a rendere operative.
