Overall: OpenTimeTool is for every new business looking to track employees time. There are plenty of other similar products available in the market but we picked OpenTime as it stood out to us as the best time and attendance software. It has immensely helped us to maintain discipline in office and encourage our employees to complete their working-hours. Good job.
Pros: If you are working in the Human Resource department (like me) and have the responsibility to manage employee attendance, OpenTime is the best option for you. It is a cloud and web-based platform that helps you mark your team's attendance. I use this effective tool to manage the data of one of our teams. I particularly like the TimeCards that give me complete data about my staff. The time they get in the office, information about breaks, and most importantly the information about time-outs. It helps me compile all the data and then finalizes their payroll at the end of every month. The calendar option is wonderful as it shows results for any specific date or day of any employee. The reporting system is also phenomenal but you gotta be a premium user to benefit from it. Overall, it is a safe, reliable, and secure program for business owners. Nothing's complicated about it, you can easily track your employees' time, absentees, maintain leave records, schedule their shifts, and get help with the payroll. If you're a small business or startup, it is the best choice for you. It offers a free trial for a limited time to help you decide. A monthly subscription of 25$ is very reasonable. All the best.
Cons: Although they have a live-chat support option it's only available on weekdays. Moreover, the response rate is slow. They could really use some improvement in this regard to improve the quality of their services.

Pros: Die Software bietet die Möglichkeit der Überwachung der Projektstunden. Es kann, sofern denn auch alle Mitarbeiter sauber buchen, genau festgestellt werden wo die Zeiten ggf. verloren gehen.
Cons: Eine weitere Nutzerrolle zwischen Admin und Projektleiter mit den Rechten Projekte zu erstellen und Teams einzuteilen wäre wünschenswert. Eine weitere Auswertefunktion ähnlich der Projektauswertung, nur mit mehr Details (Stunden je User und Datum). Eine einfachere Möglichkeit beendete Projekte zu archivieren. ZB Projekt abgeschlossen -> Button "Ins Archiv verschieben".

Pros: Die Bedienung ist einfach verständlich, die Auswertung reicht für uns. Bei Detailsauswertungen nehmen wir den CSV-Export und machen die Auswertung in Calc / Excel.
Cons: Wenn viele Projekte vorhanden sind, ist die Auswahl der Projekte langwierig. Wir setzen dann die alten Projekte auf beendet, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Eine Suchfunktion für Projekte wäre sehr nett.
