They were very helpful and supportive UNTIL their system screwed up. I had a large order that cost me over $600 to fix. The system shipped it back to me, instead of to the client. Flagship had always been \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] on the spot to fix boo-boos before - but they did not want to take accountability for this one. Ended up using another service instead. Pros Super easy to use and implement into our website. Prices were live and easy to see all the choices and prices available. Cons I was not able to use a click-and-ship type system. It might be there, but I didn't find it and never did get to use it. Reasons for choosing Flagship Initially, they were so helpful and supportive.
