overall easy to use. layout good and taken off well

Pros

ease of use, layout easy to find where to go etc. easy to transfer to another colleague, easy to send payment request.

Cons

perhaps ability to send chat to another practice? or colleague within the practice rather than the location.

Pros

Clients have really engaged with using the product and it has meant non-urgent queries can be dealt with more efficiently. Many clients have taken up the option to pay through the app, and we get lots of photos of wounds/lumps etc that nurses can triage accordingly.

Cons

No real negatives. It's important for the whole team to be involved and engage with using it to make the most of it.

so far really pleased. lots of new options happening with fast development of the app.

Pros

instant chats with our clients the ability to have payments made over the app

Cons

does not integrate directly with payments and our practice management system

Has been very convenient and useful.

Pros

The app and its features are simple and easy to use.

Cons

A list of appointment trails would be useful for when patients book via the app. A chat should automatically close once it has been open for 5 days+

Great. The team is very enthusiastic and helpful. We started using PetsApp during the pandemic, looking for a solution that would help reduce phone volume and assist with client payments - both were easily achieved.

Pros

PetsApp was easy to onboard and clients quickly engaged with the app.

Cons

Would like easier reconciliation of daily payments - have a way to view payments made during our business day

the appointment request went live without us knowing which left a few un-noticed request. not a massive deal but not great from the clients pov

Very easy to use.

Pros

Good interface, easy to use. Reduces pressure of trying to prepare prescription/doses/orders when customers arrive.

Cons

If customers were more aware they could make payment via the app. Not much awareness.

Good, reduced phone calls and improved our ability to communicate with clients whose pets have been hospitalised

Pros

Easy to use and efficient. Can send and receive photos and videos with clients nicely.

Full integration with PMS system would be useful

Pros

So modern, slick and easy to use. Saves me so much time and client engagement is huge.

Cons

Healthcare plan needs some tweaking and that is the worst I can say about it.
