They are always quick to respond to any issue. I have never had difficulty getting support and we are never charged for the support time. Pros Ease of Use; nutrition analysis and menu management excellent; Large range of recipes. Tray tickets very clear! SNO helped us to easily start IDDSI terms for consistencies. The tray tickets print with resident’s name and if you choose their picture, the meal items, portion sizes. Tickets also have percentage consumed indicators which the nursing staff love. Allergies print in BOLD and if you have a color printer - prints in RED. Cons Have been using the product for more then 10 years - Items that I have asked to added have been done. Items are prioritized but the response of the SNO development team on timelines have been good. Currently I'm very happy with the product.
