### "Flexible and with the best experience"

Firstly I was looking for a solution that allowed the registration of attendees for the event (a clients+partners event with the possibility of participating online or in person). The surprise was that I managed to launch registration and delivered online content in the same platform that was supporting the in person event. People were accessing beamian remotely to participate in meetings and accessing it at the venue to check agenda and interact. Exhibitors were collecting leads on site with beamian's contactless technology.

Pros

I've managed to plan my event without being sure about the number of participants (attendees, exhibitors, speakers) that would attend online or in person. Registration in a single platform for both in person and online setting. The on site lead capture tool (with their equipments and smartbadges) is simply amazing because people actually use it.

Cons

Would like that they have managed the on site event production.
