Poleepo si è rivelato lo strumento che cercavamo: funzionale, aggiornato costantemente e supportato da un team di persone competenti e disponibili Pros Dopo aver vissuto un’esperienza frustrante con un software concorrente — promesse non mantenute, supporto inesistente e una piattaforma che sulla carta sembrava fare tutto ma nella pratica non faceva quasi nulla — siamo approdati su Poleepo con una buona dose di scetticismo. Conoscevamo bene il copione: siti curati, landing page impeccabili, demo convincenti. Eppure, una volta operativi, la realtà era sempre ben diversa. Con Poleepo è andata diversamente. Da subito. La nostra struttura aziendale è tutt’altro che standard: gestiamo vendite su più canali contemporaneamente — Amazon Italia come canale principale, ma anche Amazon in tutta Europa, eBay, Trovaprezzi, Google Shopping e un e-commerce proprietario su PrestaShop con logiche di integrazione personalizzate. Situazioni che, in passato, avevano messo in crisi qualsiasi strumento “pensato per tutti”. Anche con Poleepo ci siamo trovati davanti ad alcuni ostacoli legati alle nostre particolarità. La differenza è che ogni volta il team ha trovato una soluzione concreta, senza scaricarci risposte preconfezionate o rimandare il problema. L’onboarding è stato semplicemente eccellente. \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\] ci ha seguito passo dopo passo con una competenza rara: qualunque domanda, su qualsiasi marketplace, su qualsiasi corriere, su qualsiasi logica di integrazione — non ha mai mostrato incertezza. Non stiamo parlando di risposte generiche lette da un manuale, ma di conoscenza reale, applicata al nostro caso specifico. Questo, per chi arriva da esperienze negative, fa un’enorme differenza. Sul fronte del supporto tecnico, \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\] si è rivelato un punto di riferimento costante. Ogni segnalazione tecnica è stata raccolta, analizzata e veicolata ai reparti competenti con precisione e velocità. Le risposte sono sempre state chiare, dirette, senza tempi morti e senza il classico rimbalzo tra reparti che tanto conosciamo. La piattaforma in sé è su un altro livello rispetto a ciò che abbiamo testato in precedenza. L’interfaccia è moderna, pulita, intuitiva — si capisce dove mettere le mani senza dover consultare guide ogni cinque minuti. La velocità di esecuzione è notevole, anche con cataloghi di grandi dimensioni. Ma ciò che colpisce davvero è il ritmo di sviluppo: aggiornamenti continui, nuovi corrieri aggiunti regolarmente, nuovi canali di vendita in costante espansione, integrazioni sempre più solide. Non è una piattaforma che si è “seduta” sulle proprie funzionalità — si percepisce chiaramente che dietro c’è un team che lavora ogni giorno per migliorarla. Ci han permesso e permettono di ottimizzare di molto tempi e costi di gestione a livello aziendale. L assistenza è sempre pronta e cordiale. Lo consiglio a tutti dalle piccole alle grandi imprese che gestiscono spedizioni e voglio tenere monitorate le giacenze anche per più magazzini contemporaneamente e migliorare il proprio servizio clienti in merito alle spedizioni.
