Pros

Riot has some Customizable plugins and really good end to end encryption for secure messaging and a good integration with other communication protocols

Cons

It is less user friendly than other messaging apps and requires an server setup and maintenance for control and sometimes with some issues or bugs

Pros

It is completely free up to 10 users. It makes it easy to manage and track the courses and progress for your team. It also gives some tough drills which can show how your team would react an difficult task.

Cons

One thing that needs to be improved is the knowledge base as sometimes it can be difficult to explain your issue over chat in a limited time frame to the support team.

Il est simple d'utilisation, mise en place et planifications des campagnes de phishing super facile.

Cons

Proposer de tester les utilisateurs de temps en temps, le suivis des formations est top, mais une personne peux la faire sans vraiment être attentif

Super simple d'utilisation. Albert (le bot Slack) est désormais connu dans la boite et tout le monde a suivi le parcours. Toutes les équipes sont plus attentives et sensibilisées à ces sujets désormais.

Permet de donner une première couche de culture générale de cybersécurité (à la fois au bureau et dans la vie personnelle) à ses employés. J'ai moi même découvert quelques trucs. La mise en place de tests (via des mails de phising bien fait) permet des mises en situation très révélatrices.

Pros

L'outil est simple à déployer et à monitorer. Il est ludique et son taux d'adoption est assez élevé parmis les utilisateurs, la plupart jouent le jeu et apprécient les minis formations. L'outil permet de bien diffuser les bonnes pratiques de sécurité de base dans l'entreprise. Je préconise.

Cons

Les horaires de proposition des cours via slack semble un peu aléatoire.

Riot a permis de montrer concrètement que nul n'est infaillible pendant les campagnes d'attaque, et que les formations sont indispensables à tous les niveaux.

Pros

\- Les modules de formation/sensibilisation ultra simples, rapides et efficaces qui ne prennent que 3 minutes maximum, avec les relances - La facilité pour lancer les campagnes de tests avec le reporting associé des bilans - L'accompagnement de Riot pour la mise en place et le suivi

Cons

En fait, il n'y pas grand chose que nous n'apprécions pas
