fairly positive, I login I upload what I need to mail and they get it done without a hitch. really useful.

Pros

its super easy to use, i was able to get all mall mailing done without leaving my desk. would highly recommend for someone who needs to mail daily.

Cons

nothing really, the whole experience has been great, super easy to use and affordable while saving time.

DocuPost is an amazing platform—super simple to use and very efficient. Everything is straightforward, and it saves a lot of time. Highly recommended!

Pros

What I liked most about DocuPost is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The platform is very well designed, making it simple to get things done quickly without any confusion. It saves time and makes document handling much more efficient.

Cons

OCR option not yet available. There’s not much to dislike about DocuPost, but adding features like OCR to automatically read and extract addresses or key details from documents would make the platform even more powerful and efficient.

I’ve had a great experience using DocuPost for our mailing needs. The platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to send letters, especially when you’re handling a high volume of documents. Turnaround time is fast, and everything is processed efficiently without the usual hassle of printing and mailing manually. Overall, DocuPost has streamlined our processes and saved us a lot of time. Highly recommend for any business looking for a dependable mailing solution!

Pros

What really stands out is the reliability—documents are sent out accurately and on time, which is critical for our workflow.

Cons

One area for improvement would be team management. It would be helpful if adding a small number of team members (for example, up to 5 users) didn’t require upgrading to a premium plan. Requiring premium access could then apply once a larger team size is needed.

I keep coming back to this format multiple times because it is relatively easy to use and cost efficient.

Pros

Docupost is the least expensive option out there. They normatively easy to use and they maintain your mailing list which makes it easy to use again.

Cons

Sometimes when you format on the back of a postcard, what is shown and what shows up on the PDF are two different formats - can be frustrating.

Pros

DocuPost made sending documents extremely easy and stress-free. I really liked the user-friendly interface, quick turnaround time, and how everything was handled securely. The automation saved me a lot of time compared to mailing things manually

Cons

The only downside I noticed is that sometimes the tracking updates could be a bit clearer. It would be great to see more real-time visibility on document delivery progress.

First time use was easy doing to letters. Then I wanted to try it with my business for marketing. Pushed 25 custom postcards in 15 minutes.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to upload my postcard image and addresses. Flexible. Customizable. And I'm able to keep all of my addresses in the address book AND export them.

Cons

Not a thing. How could it be easier? I think maybe the customization of the address side of the postcard could be a little more complex, able to adjust the leading.

Overall our experience has been positive. Saves us time when having to send mail. Also, by having DocuPost send the mail for us we have an electronic paper trail if needed.

Pros

We liked the value for the money. The software is easy of use. No hard learning curve. We could count on them process the document being mailed efficiently.

Cons

We can't think of a con about the services. But, if we must name one it would be the two factor authentication required to log in.
