“Sometimes, when sending a postcard or a letter, there is no PDF mail preview and I get an error. But this is usually resolved by just cancelling the postcard, having the credits refund back to your account, and recreating the postcard, which does take some time.“

Pros

Great value for the money and easy to use platform that allows me to save time sending out dozens of customized mailers a day. Cost of mailing post cards and flyers is also extremely affordable / reasonable.

Cons

I wish I could save my customized flyers or postcards as a template so in the future I can easily select a template and only worry about adjusting recipient information.

What really stands out is the reliability—documents are sent out accurately and on time, which is critical for our workflow.

Cons

One area for improvement would be team management. It would be helpful if adding a small number of team members (for example, up to 5 users) didn’t require upgrading to a premium plan. Requiring premium access could then apply once a larger team size is needed.

Overall, Docupost has saved me precious time, energy and money. Especially in situations where I needed something alternative to certified mail.

Pros

The accessibility to, essentially the post-office, from your finger tips. The ability to receive an almost certified mail approach The ability to track and review both current and previous deliveries

Cons

The website is not mobile friendly. with an entire concept that centers around an portable accessibility, being able to use this service on a mobile friendly interface, seems critical as this is your target audience.

Pros

What I liked most about DocuPost is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The platform is very well designed, making it simple to get things done quickly without any confusion. It saves time and makes document handling much more efficient.

Cons

OCR option not yet available. There’s not much to dislike about DocuPost, but adding features like OCR to automatically read and extract addresses or key details from documents would make the platform even more powerful and efficient.

First time use was easy doing to letters. Then I wanted to try it with my business for marketing. Pushed 25 custom postcards in 15 minutes.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to upload my postcard image and addresses. Flexible. Customizable. And I'm able to keep all of my addresses in the address book AND export them.

Cons

Not a thing. How could it be easier? I think maybe the customization of the address side of the postcard could be a little more complex, able to adjust the leading.

I keep coming back to this format multiple times because it is relatively easy to use and cost efficient.

Pros

Docupost is the least expensive option out there. They normatively easy to use and they maintain your mailing list which makes it easy to use again.

Cons

Sometimes when you format on the back of a postcard, what is shown and what shows up on the PDF are two different formats - can be frustrating.

I have been using DocuPost for months now. It has been an awesome experience. The whole platform is very easy to use, and if you have any questions, you can ask their very helpful support team.

Pros

The interface. The transparency in the cost. The ease of sending out letters.

Cons

The only issue I faced was that I could not figure out where I could download the proof of delivery for certified mails. I contacted DocuPost support, and a resolution was shared in minutes.

It came to light that Clicksend was not delivering the letters on time.

Pros

I like being able to send certified letters without a trip to the post office

Cons

My lease favorite thing is how they handle payments. You could potentially be charged a processing fee depending on the cost. Overall not a big deal.

LOVE!! So happy I came across DocuPost! They are a lifesaver! I've tried other websites for mailing and none were as efficient.

Pros

Saves me so much time and gas money by not having to drive all the way to the post office. There isn't a post office near me so sit's all worth it if I don't have to get in traffic and drive 20 minutes to the post office.

Cons

Pricing seems a bit high for first class mailing but I don't mind it too much. Seems worth it. I save on my gas for my truck.

Pros

Ease of use: In my experience, DocuPost has an easy to use UI that allows you to upload different kinds of media to design your postcards and letters. It also has an in-built letter building functionality so you can type your letter directly in the Web UI. Post office services & mailing: DocuPost prints, packages, and mails postcards and letters on-time, they provide delivery estimates which are accurate. Package delivery: DocuPost doesn't send packages per se, just mail Time saving & efficiency: DocuPost eliminates the need to go to the post office, have a printer, or buy postage which is a huge time saver. Their list building options also save a lot of time in organizing recipients.

Cons

The mail proofing experience can be improved. Sometimes, when sending a postcard or a letter, there is no PDF mail preview and I get an error. But this is usually resolved by just cancelling the postcard, having the credits refund back to your account, and recreating the postcard, which does take some time. Also, the text editing on the postcard itself is not reflective on what is in the proof. That is, the editing experience does not result in a good mail PDF proof.

Great over all experience. I tried out other products but they were to confusing ie. letterstrean, pirate ship. This is quick, easy to understand and efficient. Never going back. I don't like standing in post office lines.

Pros

Ease of use, fast, reliable. I also like how everything is organized. Also, other similar products on the market don't have updated ui/ux. Docupost has nice design and colors I enjoy.

Cons

Nothing I can say at the moment. I save time, its easy to use and way more understandable than competitor products.
