There’s not much to dislike about DocuPost, but adding features like OCR to automatically read and extract addresses or key details from documents would make the platform even more powerful and efficient. The only experience I wish was improved was the proofing. Pros Ease of use: In my experience, DocuPost has an easy to use UI that allows you to upload different kinds of media to design your postcards and letters. It also has an in-built letter building functionality so you can type your letter directly in the Web UI. Post office services & mailing: DocuPost prints, packages, and mails postcards and letters on-time, they provide delivery estimates which are accurate. Package delivery: DocuPost doesn't send packages per se, just mail Time saving & efficiency: DocuPost eliminates the need to go to the post office, have a printer, or buy postage which is a huge time saver. Their list building options also save a lot of time in organizing recipients. Cons The mail proofing experience can be improved. Sometimes, when sending a postcard or a letter, there is no PDF mail preview and I get an error. But this is usually resolved by just cancelling the postcard, having the credits refund back to your account, and recreating the postcard, which does take some time. Also, the text editing on the postcard itself is not reflective on what is in the proof. That is, the editing experience does not result in a good mail PDF proof. Review Source Daze M. The website is very user-friendly and the ability to send a letter to anybody in the country without having to print or bring your letter to the post office. This is a one stop shop and I will use it for every letter I need to mail in the future. Pros I like that it’s easy to use and I don’t have to print out anything. I don’t have to deal with envelopes or stamps and I no longer have to go to the post office. Cons At this time, there’s nothing that I don’t like about the website.
