We are happy with the service and now that they have added priority delivery I foresee using it more in the future. Pros The priority 1-5 day delivery option is great. This will allow us to use Docupost instead of having to go to a FedEx store. Cons Sometimes regular mail takes too long to be delivered. Ten days seems excessively long for mailing something- I don't think the local post office takes that long for regular mail. Five to seven days would be much better. I also really liked the apple pay feature when adding money to my account. Cons I wasn't able to mass click and cancel, or mass click and send if sending to the same sender. I can’t imagine running our business without having the service. I realize there’s a cost to it, but it is still less expensive than having to send an employee to the post office every single time. Then I wanted to try it with my business for marketing. Pushed 25 custom postcards in 15 minutes. Pros Easy to use. Easy to upload my postcard image and addresses. Flexible. Customizable. And I'm able to keep all of my addresses in the address book AND export them. Cons Not a thing. How could it be easier? They take the inconvenience of having to wait at a crowded post office out of my day and the stress levels down! It’s also great that they make your brand look more professional and you don’t have to keep buying paper, ink, envelopes, etc for printing. They do everything for you!! Im loving the recent upgrades in send options. Cons Pricey, but worth it. Also, i had one recipient tell me that they received the same letter 4 times, which triggered their system as fraud and prolonged my dispute process… but other than that, great! I contacted DocuPost support, and a resolution was shared in minutes. As a disabled man who loves to write letters, I really needed to find an Internet based application that was able to provide certification options to write letters quickly to family members friends, the White House, and members of Congress.
