Pros

Honestly the dashboard is very nice and the price is affordable for the serivce they offer.

Cons

I would love to know about when the actual piece of mail gets sent - maybe a email notification.

I love docupost. Its the easiest and most affordable way to get documents printed without a printer. But it comes with good quality and as described.

The only downside is delivery is a little slow

I absolutely love using docupost! Right from the comfort of my own home can I easily send letters- certified at that- at an affordable price.

Cons

No real cons but maybe pricing, cost adds up per page so be mindful

The ability to send mail electronically.

Cons

It would very benefical to have the ability to see financial measure, MoM, WoW, YTD/MTD. Also to have the ability export data from Docupost to have analytics on what was sent, how much was sent and to who, on various frequency/date ranges. User activitiy/Productivity is needed, also it would be an additional plus to have return functionality.

Pretty good considering there has not been any problems with shipping mail from various locations across the United States.

Pros

So far the best use of DocuPost is the available options of standard or express delivery and the ability to use it throughout the country.

Cons

The amount charged per letter, though compared to others it is reasonable.

I highly recommend DocuPost if you're looking for an easy way to automate postcard delivery to your clients.

Pros

The product is easy to use and implement via HubSpot workflow automation. Their support team is very responsive and even added features for us within a week!

Cons

Nothing, the product works great for us!
